Atlanta Experience Tour - Atlanta Visitors Center

Had a great time. Open air electric car gave you a feeling of being there as opposed to looking out the window of a bus! Also being a small group I was able to interact with the guide and other riders. Guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The only fun way to see Atlanta's sights.

We were able to do our tour with one other couple. The tour guide was knowledgable and insightful to the areas that were toured. The day we had our tour was cool but we were able to view the places we stopped without any trouble.

Based upon some research before our arrival to Atlanta, I came across this tour option. Upon our arrival to Atlanta at 10am, I booked the tour on-line and headed to lunch - and received a confirmation phone call in 10 minutes. We were on the tour by 1pm. The staff were extremely courteous, there is an option of picking up at the hotel for a nominal fee and while waiting for the tour to begin at Underground Atlanta, maps were provided by staff along with suggestions of what to see and where to eat during our stay were provided. The tour was excellent, very knowledgeable and a great way to start an Atlanta vacation and think our Atlanta say was enhanced by what we learned.

This tour was amazing. The length is perfect - enough time to get a feel for for the city but not so long that it takes up half a day. We took the tour on a beautiful day and seeing the city in an open air vehicle with four other people was so personable and so much fun. Our tour guide was Richard and he was so interesting and knew so much about the history of Atlanta. We took the 9:00 tour, got the lay of the land, and still had time after to go do the Coke tour, the CNN tour and the Martin Luther King exhibit. I would highly recommend all of them. We also went to several of the restaurants that Richard pointed out on our tour and we were not disappointed. I would encourage everyone who visits Atlanta to take this tour!

This was absolutely the highlight of our Atlanta visit! We got an outstanding sense of the past and present. Andrew became our volunteer guide (he was supposed to get off work) when we discovered a common interest in urban transit. If you are looking for an hour of tired jokes, it isn't here --- if you want to experience this historic city, you have found the place. Absolutely five stars.

We had a truly fun and informational cruzer tour with Stephen. Seeing the sites of Atlanta with the car wide open and the breezes blowing was invigorating. We picked up fragrances of fresh flowers and food everywhere we went. Stephen had a lot of tips on where to eat, what to see and how to get there. It was great and I highly recommend touring Atlanta in the ATL Cruzers!!!

Our tour guide was friendly, interesting and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Atlanta. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do in the city. We were sad when the tour ended!

I booked online. The only thing that was confusing was that I could pay for pick up from hotel, not prevented to by the system, yet pick ups from midtown where we were staying weren't on offer. It also wasn't made clear regarding weight of an individual when six people are in buggy on their website. You have to look at FAQs for this info. Other than this, our tour-guide was Miror.. (Hopefully spelt correctly) she made the tour worthwhile. Amazing, interesting history in a smaller buggy as there were just two of us. It was a great experience. We were shown the places of interest in a nutshell in an hour and a half. We didn't feel that anything had been missed in that time and also got the impression that Miror loved her job. Her knowledge was impressive. She was also friendly and warm. We forgot to tip her, the only problem was calling twice to leave messages and emailing in order to get hold of her to send the tip via PayPal. No one got back to us. Other than that, it was a great experience and started our few days off in Atlanta with a bang!

Three of us from a local business saw your cars in our neighborhood, Inman Park, and decided to check out the tour. We wanted information to pass on to our clients, individuals who come from all over the US for a week of training. We found that it is an excellent way to discover Atlanta and are pleased that we have something really good to recommend to visitors.
