Great tour
Sun, Mar 14  12:00 PM carolterracc Female 60-69 Local Group of Friends
We are a group of several ladies who try to find new outings to do every month. We had a great time and I would recommend this to everyone. Ann was terrific as a tour guide and she knows so much about Scottsdale. All the restaurants we went to were very unique and very pleasing. And I would definately go back to them for either lunch or dinner. This is a great tour if you are having out of town family or friends coming to AZ or if just a bunch of friends want to get together.

Great tour and great food. This tour was a great overview of Old Town Scottsdale and the Arts District in Scottsdale. Ana provided a lot of detail about the area and gave the group great tips on restaurants that weren't included in the tour. She is the owner and the guide and is hoping to add more one more tour a day. I would recommend this tour to people visiting Scottsdale and locals alike who want to get to know their town.

Great orientation to Scottsdale

This was really a good activity - we had come for baseball and golf. We were rained out, and that gave us time for alternative activities. Annie was a great guide - had good knowledge of the area and restaurants. The meeting place was good, and by arriving early we were able to visit the Little Red Schoolhouse, and get some early Scottsdale history. The food was all good - Cowboy Ciao and Frank and Lupe's were my favorites, and I would go back to either/both. Annie made interesting menu selections in both cases - things we probably would not have chosen if we were on our own - and they were delicious. The olive oil/vinegar spot was unique and tasty. A good stop. This is a good outing for tourists and for locals who haven't discovered it yet. I'm sure they will bring their out of town guests in the future!

This was a great overview of old Scottsdale. There was an excellent variety of different tastes on the tour. This tour opened our eyes to Scottsdale and we wished we would have done it earlier in our trip. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the oil and vinegar shop. We have already recommended this to several people.

Annie was very informative about the history of the area. Our walking tour encompassed both the old and newer areas of Old Town Scottsdale. Our group only had 4 participants so the discussion could be more intimate and I imagine that we were able to discuss more in depth in comparison to a larger group. The selection of food very good. Don't be afraid of the spicing in the food because even the woman in our group who doesn't tolerate spicy food found the selection enjoyable. The tour gave us a great overview of the area and we returned several times during our stay for shopping and dining.

The guide did an excellent job of planning the event, each locale was prepared for our arrival and food arrived in good time - all entree sample/snacks were excellent. Each food item was well prepared and tasty. The walking tour itself was fun and educational, and really helped me understand how Old Town is laid out. Casual and fun - made us want to go back to some of the locations and try something else! Highly recommend!
