| We were two couples from Sweden participating.
Age group in passport : Soon Senior Citizens but still children at hart!
In order to enjoy this tour there are two conditions:
Good walking shoes
Willingness to play along even in silly and childish situations
The walk itself is not too hard or too long, as there are suitable breaks
along the way for refreshments and restrooms.
The only preparation needed is to bring a tourist map of Manhattan from the hotel.
If the weather is nice, this is one of the best ways of spending three hours in NYC. |

| Good theatre, wonderfull actors.
We, as accomplices, enyoyed the afternoon a lot and were glad that we succeeded in our 'work'.
Our only remark was that other members of our group were very fast runners. For non-native english participants it was sometimes hard to follow the lines, but on the other hand: during visiting theatre in a theatre you never have the possiblity to ask: "what do you mean?" ;-)

| I'd read a rave review of Accomplice:NY in _Time Out_ magazine, and although I was enthusiastic from the get-go, it was still hard to believe that this tour/play could really be all that.
Well, it WAS: I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY ENOUGH!, for a fun afternoon/eve out, as a date, a way to meet new people, explore the city's nooks and crannies, and, best of all, be a part of a play in motion -- how often do you get a chance to get into character along with shady street thugs? (And if you do that often, well, then you'll feel right at home here because the actors are phenomenal, right down to possessing realistic individual tics.)
I came to NYC just two months ago, so I have really been actively exploring many different areas and activities, and this is by far my favorite. I also am careful about how much I spend but the show's price is a total bargain! -- I've paid twice the price to see "thumbs up" plays that are only half as good, and this one includes food and drink in the price. It is hard to conceive of something that would appeal to everyone (locals *and* tourists, older and younger folks, those w/actors inside them screaming to get out, those who dreamed of being detectives or Mafia dons, and those who'd rather just enjoy the show quietly) -- but the Accomplice:New York team does it. *Bravo*.
So: GO! Or you'll really regret not getting the chance to be told to "throw your phone in the river." . . .

| Had a great time wandering around downtown NYC, won't get specific due to our mission. Everyone involved was great and truly imaginative. I'm looking forward to the Spring to help accomplice another story. This really is a great way for a local to spend the afternoon and for a foreigner to explore this great city. |

| I booked this activity as a result of seeing a flyer in a cafe. The event was really well organised, was enjoyed by all and, even though we were a group of 4, the other 6 were great fun and we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
As a result of this, I've emailed the company to discus setting up something similar in London... |

| We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and Accomplice was to be the focal point of our afternoon. The show (for want of a better word) was a hoot and gave us a ton of laughs. All 9 of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The actors were great, the setting was great, and luckily for us so was the weather. We wound up about 2 blocks from our dinner reservation, which was just a coincidence but a good one nonetheless. The whole day was really a treat we won't soon forget, and Accomplice was a big part of it.
I would recommend Accomplice with gushes of enthusiasm to anyone. |

| The Accomplice is a wonderful blend of sightseeing, adventure and "intrigue" that both visitors and native N' Yawkers will enjoy! The characters (and their creators) have put together a great experience! Without "spilling the beans" I guarantee you'll have a great time. You soon will wonder who is "cast" and who are regular New Yorkers.
Don't worry about the walking or the distance as you'll be provided with unexpected opportunities to pause.
Just DO it! |
