My (adult ) kids and I enjoyed this as much as the first Accomplice, Inc - and that is saying a lot, Splendid cast of characters played by terrific actors with a keen gift of improvisation.. An enjoyment like this takes a lot of planning, on site work & negotiation, and a love of what the creators are doing. My daughter is working on getting a group of friends to go and I talked the show up just earlier today. We are looking forward to Accomplice III.

My daughter and I had so much fun with the Accomplice New York, we couldn't wait to go on the Accomplice Village. Village was done superbly by an equally terrific cast with a wonderful concept. Even after going on the first Accomplice adventure, the new one took us in completely at the beginning. Your cast is unsurpassed by the best of Broadway. I completely recommend that everyone experience all your shows. All that's lacking is having an Accomplice in Chicago (or better yet, in the Northern suburbs of Chicago!).

We thoroughly enjoyed the location (The Village). The actors were absolutely wonderful. They never waivered from the roles they played. It is such fun to become a part of it and role play and be detectives for a day. It is a well-run activity and we look forward to participating in other venues.

My husband and I did the NY Accomplice two years ago and this year brought our neighbors for the Village experience. We were paired with 4 other out-of-town visitors and fun was had by all. The actors were amazing and the story line kept us moving and guessing. Thanks for the creation of such a great experience.

Great time, but................

Having done Accomplice New York, my wife and I looked forward to Accomplice The Village. We absolutely loved NY and had a great time doing The Village, but we have one recommendation. We think the first actor spent far too much time talking and asking the group to do foolish things. We didn't understand the purpose and felt it was totally unnecessary. Also, the "tour" of the area that she did was not funny or enjoyable. The first twenty minutes or so of the show needs to be rewritten. The rest was just great. The actors were funny, and the story was ingenious. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Accomplice is a great concept that needs work

The idea of an interactive mystery that takes place around and with the audience is really wonderful. New York is such a perfect setting for this type of event. The audience interaction with the characters is also clever, although not new. Ten years ago there was a rash of dinner "murder mysteries" where the audience had to figure out who "did it". What was lacking here was a clearly conveyed , cleverly conceived, theme. Even when the conceit was revealed. our reaction was "so what". The characters should have been, rather than characatures, "real" New Yorkers off the street. We as the audience should always be thinking, "what is real and what is not?". The actors played their roles too broadly (with exception of the female characters). They were so silly, and meandering that audience members often said, don't you think we should get to the next clue? Unnecessary was assigning the audience roles. All in all, it had the feel and something that needed a lot more work in the conception, and rehearsal stages. It is not ready yet.

Great Way To Spend A Day In The Village

Right from the beginning it was apparent that we (10) were going to experience a very professional activity. The cast, each and every one were exceedingly talented and fully involved with their character. We were all looking for the clues that would lead us towards solving the "Crime". It was a blast!!

I had to talk my husband into this, and now he tells everyone that it was the highlight of our trip. We tend to be "direction-impaired" so we brought a map which turned out to be very helpful. Plus, the strangers we ended up with turned out to be brilliant.
