I have never done anything like this and booked it on a whim, because we had an extra afternoon. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The tour guide was friendly and the mystery kept us guessing the entire time. If you have time, please don't hesitate to enjoy this adventure.

What an experience!! I didn't put the theme together until the very end...me not getting it until the end didn't distract from the fun though. What impressed me was how "in-character" the actors all stayed. So much ad-lib and done so well. Thanks for the refreshments along the way! Everything was very cleverly done. Thanks so much for making the end of our New York City stay so memorable!

My group wholly enjoyed this event. My betrothed and I, visiting from Chicago, went with my sister and brother-in-law, NYC area residents. Our group included two NYC residents and a Colombian couple from Washington, D.C. The group in front of us had kids that looked around 10-12. Out of consideration for other participants, I would only recommend doing that if you have a solid group of eight. As a couple on vacation without kids, I would have been irritated if I paid for tickets to this tour, which included several bars and some sexual innuendo, and it had to be modified to make it child appropriate. I love kids, but there is a time and place for everything and this tour is definitely more adult friendly. It started out slow, but it really picked up after the second or third "event" (don't want to give too much away!). It was a really nice walking tour of Greenwich Village without the traditional tour guide setup. Plus, it ended in a bar with cheap drink specials and we were able to stick around for awhile and talk to the creator, who provided some really great background information. It was nice...do it and remember to have fun!

| Having spent my formative years in the Village, and not having been there for perhaps 20 years or more, I thought Accomplice: The Village would be a great way to get reaquainted with the place and have some fun in the process. This interactive play satisfied on both accounts.
A lot of the success of these types of venues depends on the group of people who show up and our group was terriffic. We did not know anybody ahead of time but made instant friends with everyone. The ages in the group ranged from 15 to 59 and everyone was enthusiastic and played along with the various bits of the "play".
I think this type of thing could go bad but for us it was the highlight of our weekend in NY. My wife and I plan to do the other interactive play that this company offers. |

The actors made this show such fun! I came with my 15 year old niece and we had a great time trooping about on the trail of thieves in this West Village caper.

this was a great walking tour of the village hitting on nooks and crannies and neighborhood haunts that i'd never seen before. hilarious and engaging cast of characters. you end up interacting with your fellow travelers and solving problems together. ends on a good note and in fact we got to meet some of the actors and folks who developed the show.

We had a great time walking around the Village finding actors and clues to solve the mystery. The actors did a super job and it was a neat way to explore the Village. I would reccomend this show if you're looking for something unique and fun to do with a group of friends while visiting the city.

At first we thought that someone had made a mistake. A man approached us and asked if we were awaiting a tour. This turned out to be anything but an ordinary tour. We had a great time with our group. We became close in a short period of time.

It took us almost three hours and it felt like it fell apart in the middle. I think if you could shorten it and include a bit more village history, it would be more fun. It was cold, so that didn't help, but we were all ready to be done by the time we got to the guy. From that point forward, we didn't enjoy it, nor did the other couple we were with. Also, the under-story was too much of a stretch.
