| We didn't really know what to expect but wanted to do something different in the City. This was really fun, entertaining (much better than sitting in a theater) and gave us a chance to see places we never would have encountered otherwise. We definitely will go back to the venues. |

| From the get go, some in our group were ready to walk away from the characters we encountered ... real, or imagined. Some wanted to virtually integrate a couple of them into our group. And, others were furious the event organizers would allow the group to be so inconvenienced by the intrusive (and, sometimes rude) behavior of strangers. How New York City!
From character or character. From venue to venue. From group discussions/debates (I hesitate to say "arguements") to individual resignation to go along with the session, we found ourselves laughing (almost hysterically), drawn into the lives/cares of the actors, and boldly committing acts of, well I can't give this away except to say if it had been "real" ... and, there was no way to know whether, or not it was real or part of the event's activities ... there was a chance we'd have been calling folks at home for bail money.
Yield to your inner sense of the absurd. Throw (almost all) caution to the winds. Go with it and you will make this adventure your own.
Take nothing for granted, but be sure to take yourself and your family and friends. |

| This was really fun. Took my husband for his birthday -- had been looking for something different to do. And this did not disappoint. It was really funny, charming and cleverly put together. We highly recommend it for a different kind of experience. The character's patter was sometimes a bit too long (and a little bit lame....even though the overall writing was good, they should help the actors with bits they can do so it doesn't seem drawn out at some of the stops), but we understood that they needed to keep a certain pace since individual groups may be faster/slower. But you could not question the commitment of the actors. One note, you need to be sociable to enjoy this and you should get into it if you want to have fun. We had one southern "gentlemen" with us who was a pill throughout. (So much for New Yorkers being rude and southerners being polite). If it is not for you, leave the group or don't buy tickets in the first place. If you can't be courteous for the sake of the fellow guests, please respect the actors. I'm sure they'd rather be on Broadway or winning Oscars, but they gave 100% to their characters and they were great. We loved them and the creators as well. You could see this was not only well thought out, but had a lot of energy and and sincere desire to entertain and give you a unique experience. You should go! We'll be doing the other one -- once it gets warmer. |

| Accomplice, The Village was a really fun way to spend an afternoon in the city. My daughter is a student at NYU and she met my group, traveling for the day from upstate, and six of us attended the event together. We were disappointed to not be able to have the six in one group, but that was due to an error on my part in not purchasing tickets early enough. Our group was made up of local NYC folks and a family from Tennessee. Working together with a group of people you don't know can sometimes be difficult if one in the group tries to take control, as happened with us, but the Accomplice crew accommodated for that and made adjustments to help minmize that frustration.
It was great to meet the creators at the end of our event and talk with them about their creation. I look forward to going back and doing Accomplice NY in the Spring, but will be sure to order tickets early and have our entire group booked together. |

| This is an experience you'll never forget. It is a fantastic way to explore the Village. Make sure to bring a map in case your party doesn't have a native in it. I can't say much more than it was simply amazing without ruining the surprises, but trust me...you'll like the surprises! |

| We all enjoyed our Accompice experience. The "characters" that we met along the way were responsive and inventive. It was truly a great afternoon. I would recommend it highly. |

| I had to talk my husband into this, and now he tells everyone that it was the highlight of our trip. We tend to be "direction-impaired" so we brought a map which turned out to be very helpful. Plus, the strangers we ended up with turned out to be brilliant. |
