Fun & Original

I went to the 'show' alone and had a great time. I was lucky to get a friendly, fun group of people. Doing the accomplice was a great way to spend the afternoon, its original, funny and all the people involved are excellent at their jobs. I fully reccomend it to anybody.

I have to say I have never experianced anything like this before, it was a brilliant afternoon spent and a very different way to see a city. Everyone involved made it an exciting mystery and allowed you to see and experiance New York.

We had a great time, the places of playing where very original and some bar we would have never entered without the tour. Our group came all over USA exept us, so sometimes it was a little hard for us to understand everything the acters were speaking about. Nevertheless we had a good time and we will recommend your tour to friends in case they will come to NYC.

I booked the Accomplice: New York tour on a complete whim after reading the review in Time Out. I have to admit to being a little sceptical. I was going to be on my own, rather than with friends, and was a little bit worried that my natural British reserve would make me want to shy away from the action. As it turned out, this was really not a problem. (And that's an example of British understatement). The actors are talented and funny, and quickly draw you into the plot. The clues are unusual and just difficult enough so that they can be solved quickly but without making you feel like you are being led through the story without doing anything. There is a real, if slightly bizarre, sense of achievement when you make it through to the end. And you really do get to see/hang out in some fun parts of the city. I'd love to tell you more, but I'm worried that I spoil it, so I'll keep it short and sweet. I had a great time and thoroughly recommend the show. PS. Yes, I am suitable embarrassed at the awful pun in the header of this review.

Great fun for a Sunday afternoon

It's a superb activity for an afternoon. It was definitely fun being in a group getting to know everyone, especially since I was travelling alone. The actors were fantastically funny in their roles and all of us enjoyed ourselves so much!

Exiting afternoon

Good theatre, wonderfull actors. We, as accomplices, enyoyed the afternoon a lot and were glad that we succeeded in our 'work'. Our only remark was that other members of our group were very fast runners. For non-native english participants it was sometimes hard to follow the lines, but on the other hand: during visiting theatre in a theatre you never have the possiblity to ask: "what do you mean?" ;-) Ton en Eva Peijnenborg, The Netherlands
