My husband and I just got back from our trip to NYC and we are telling everyone about Accomplice: The Village. It was absolutely the highlight of our weekend. If you only have the time or money to do one thing while you are in the city make it this, you won't regret it. Everything was so well done. We were thoroughly impressed. We can't wait to make it back so we can experience Accomplice: New York. Four thumbs way up!!!

I would not like to give too much away... but it was a fun afternoon following the clues around the Village. Everyone became a suspect as we looked for our missing girl... Recommended!

From 54 to 14 we all had fun

We were there for my daughters 25th and my granddaughters 14th birthdays and wanted something different to do and "we found it". We all had fun and even though my 25 year old "social worker" daughter didn't understand that it was all part of the game until well into the 2nd leg of the tour we had a great laugh. We will do it again and maybe next time will join you in the Manhattan tour. Thanks for making their 'birthday' so much fun.

I bought a ticket for Accomplice: The Village for my mother and myself as her 62nd birthday gift. We were joined by my brother and sister-in-law and a friend and her mom (in her late 60s). The group included one other couple. We gelled well together as a group, and, as a result had a great time. It was fun and the clues were challenging enough to require thought and disucssion, but not so difficult as to be frustrating. We saw a wide swath of the Village, stopped at some fun restaurants/cafes, and overall laughed and had a great time. This is great for people who like to explore neighborhoods on foot and enjoy solving puzzles.

A great day (actually 2 1/2 hrs. We were lucky for sunny weather. The story was great, the players were great. It kept our interest and we found it very creative. This is great fun.

Sparks of greatness, but anticlimactic

The idea is very good, and parts of this were exciting and involving. However, the script did not grab me: I had little interest in the storyline and wasn't rewarded for solving the riddles. There were many irrelevant details in the plot but the clues we needed to solve were simple: there was pretty much no way for us to go wrong, which didn't motivate us to try. The ending was an anti-climax. The best part of this experience was exploring the village, and some of the acts, like the standup comedian, were very funny, but as an entire theatrical experience, it was vague and trivial and unabsorbing.

I'm hooked!

I'd previously been an 'accomplice' on Accomplice: New York. The West Village version is scaled down in terms of walking but the plot is thicker! I'd love to be an Accomplice in every place in the world that I visit!

interesting stops on tour but storyline needs help

The concept is good with the stops and the actors but in general it was a bit of a let down. To be honest I was relieved when it was finally over. We would have liked to have more clues that would have led us to the various stops rather than being told to go see so and so at the next stop and asking random questions. The beer and cappuccinos were a nice touch and I would return to the some of the stops we made.
