My friend and I chose this because we wanted to see a "show" while we were in NYC, but our husbands had no interest in sitting in a theater for 3 hours. Needless to say, they had a blast! The actors were great and very entertaining! Would definitely do "The Village" next time we visit!

While I enjoyed the experience I would have had more fun with a different group of people. The group cheated during some of the challenges. Make sure that you do not let others use the internet on the phone to solve the clues. Each clue can be solved without the help of the internet. Great idea and get to walk through parts of New York that I have not been to before.

Overall, this was a great experience. Smart, well thought out, random fun. However, you are at the mercy of your group members...and the shoes you wore. This should definitely be labeled a walking tour and people should dress appropriately.

Maybe Accomplice NYC is better...but we just bar-hopped and tried to guess some clues. Cons: i) The clues were not as challenging as they would be in a scavenger hunt. We guessed almost each in a min or so. ii) From the first instant you realize that everything is theatrical. So, you hope to see some good actors. But, only one of them was genuinely funny. iii) All the action took place in bars and coffee shops. And we could hop from one to another in 5 minutes. It'd have been better had we been in the open, confused, running here and there, etc. Not sure who to contact, etc. iv) Lack of historical places. Pros: i) You get to meet new people ii) The concept is still unique. I think there might be better scavenger hunts (such as some that are being held in the Met).

This was a really enjoyable way to spend a few hours. We could have gone on for many more hours without a blink. Our group wasn't overly dynamic and yet it was still a blast. The acting was great and it was not one bit dorky (which many of the participatory events tend to be). We highly recommend this.

It's hard to describe the experience without revealng too much. But overall it was a fun way to experience downtown NYC. The actors were definitely the highlight of the show! All of them are extremely fun to interact with and I thoroughly enjoyed the puzzles they provided. That said, this tour does require decent amont of walkng. So everyne in the party should be dressed accordingly, bring a bottle of water, and use the bathroom whenever you're at a stop.

I had done the downtown Accomplice before, so I did the Village one this time. It was so entertaining--the actors are great at thinking on their feet and working well with the group. I absolutely loved the theme of the play, which didn't make itself obvious until the end. Brilliant!

But maybe best if you and 9 friends can go. An additional group went along with us, and one guy was kind of obnoxious, always trying to take the lead and sorta "steal" the clues, but that's not Accomplice's fault! And even so, it was a fun time! I felt like I was on the Amazing Race, and it was fun seeing other tourists and locals alike wonder what we were all up to. Next time I'm in NYC, I definitely want to do the West Village version!

We went for a bachelorette party daytime activity (just the bridesmaids). We ALL had a blast. We were thoroughly entertained. I would definitely do it again.

Although we had understood that the plots had changed, two of us who had participated several years ago quickly discovered that we working on the same scenario. As a result, the element of surprise was taken away and we also felt that we had to hang back so as not to spoil the fun of the others. It was nonetheless enjoyable, although we did feel a little rushed compared to the previous experience.

I enthusiastically recommend The Accomplice! If you like the theater, but don't like sitting for 3 hours, this is the activity for you. A fantastic cast - an absolutely "must" activity for people who like to try new things.

I had already attended the Accomplice: New York and wanted to see the other local production. I think the concept of Accomplice is spectacular. The New York version was more surprising overall but the Greenwich Village version was more entertaining and result in less walking. These are just opinions. Both are unique productions and worth attending. I only regret that there are not rotating story lines so that I could become a repeat customer. The only drawback is that once you have been to it, there would be a minimal disincentive to come back. I understand that Accomplice: Museum of Natural History is in the works and is nearly into production; so I will make a point to see that when it opens.

This was a great way to spend the afternoon if you have already done enough museums and shopping. The people you will meet are funny and entertaining and the clues lead you right to where you need to go. You get to walk around the neighborhoods of the Village and at most stops have a chance inside with one of the Accomplices. It is what you make of it, so be prepared to jump right into the story line. You will get the clues you need a lot quicker!!
