Glad to see this was a different story line than the original Accomplice (just so it felt like a different tour). Still a great, fun way to get exposure to an unfamiliar area of town, but this time with an added layer of wit! I've tried to explore The Village before, but had no idea of all the little hidden gardens in the cafes etc. Can't wait to go back now and explore on my own!

We did this for a birthday party and loved it. We were all from NYC and it was not touristy at all. I highly recommend it and can't wait to do The Village show soon.

From our first contact to our succesful completion of our mission this adventure was first rate. I haven't stopped raving about it since I returned home. All ages and most levels of fitness can enjo;y this theatre! I have no hesitation recommending it to anyone.

We partook in this adventure as a family of four celebrating my husbands birthday. Our two girls, age 12 and 15 enjoyed this just as much as we did---what a great family thing to do!! The actors that are involved in this are very, very funny and extremely amusing, They play their parts very convincingly. We had a blast and always wondered what was in store for us next. We were a group of 10, my family and 6 total strangers but that made it even more fun. Having total strangers in the group with their different personalities makes the experience even more interesting. Great fun!!

I've always wanted to be a detective or spy, and I loved the entire experience. I think the actors were amazing, and kept into character no matter WHAT was thrown at them (and a few of us tried to throw some stuff their way). I absolutely want to do it again (ideallly not the same one, but the one uptown, or whichever is not in the village)

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 12 & 14) had a great time. The actors were very convincing and funny. We enjoyed all the locations and went back to a couple the next day. Well Done!

My girlfriend and I decided to try something out of the ordinary our last weekend up to NY-- I'm from Long Island originally but now we both live in the DC area. My friend guessed it would be either really cool or really suck. Surprisingly it fell somewhere in the middle, though definitely closer to the cooler side. I thought it was more for adults than kids (we're 32) but the presence of two preteens in our group definitely made it more for kids if it wasn't already. The kids were fun and so were their parents even though they were Red Sox fans, but I think it would have been a lot more fun for us with a group of our friends after a few beers. The kids had a blast though so I'd highly recommend it for 10-15 year olds. I think late teens would probably think it's lame or stupid or just not want to be seen with their parents. The actors were great and really made an effort to make us laugh and keep us entertained-- they were really quick on their feet. The clues were clever but really easy to follow-- I imagine it's really difficult to make them easy enough so everyone gets them but hard enough so there's some challenge involved. I also thought there'd be more interesting little-known facts about NYC but I'm a big dork and maybe that would make it more boring for most-- I guess if you want that you should go on a bus tour. I also wish more beer was included-- we only got one. But again, there were kids involved. Maybe on an all-adult tour it's a little rowdier.

The most amazing performance I've ever experienced. It almost felt as if we were on the show The Amazing Race. You'll experience NYC in a whole new perspective. Along with the show Tony and Tina's Wedding, Accomplice: New York defines the genre of interactive theater. Accomplice revolves around YOU and YOUR friends on a top secret mission through downtown NYC. The actors are talented and respond to all your comments and actions. Eventually we could not tell if the person we were interacting with was an actor or real New Yorker (which is part of the fun). I cannot say anymore without compromising the plot. Perhaps the main reason we did get to experience nearly everything first-hand was because we were a small group of 4. If you want to be more involved as you solve clues and investigate NYC, I suggest being in a group of 5 or less. The more intimate, the better.

We did Accomplice:The Village for a 30th birthday party. We were in two groups, half an hour apart, which was great for competitive spirit and to hear everyone's different experiences. The event was so much fun, very different to anything we expected and a great way to see some of the Village and interact with your group. Everyone enjoyed it and as we were near the end of the day, we especially enjoyed meeting some of the people involved to hear their war stories! I would thoroughly recommend this event. You have to be prepared to get in to the spirit of it and the more you are, the more fun you will have! Thank you Accomplice. We look forward to doing New York and LA!

Fun Times Accomplice: The Village

My group did both Accomplice: NYC and Accomplice: The Village. NYC was a litle more fun but both are great. You have to be willing to get into the adventure and interact with everyone you meet along the route. It is a great time for a group of friends.

My 32 year old daughter and I did the Accomplice/The Village together and we had a great time. We both definitely recommend it to others as a fun and very different activity while visiting new York. It was quite cleverly designed as well as entertaining and took us to some colorful (and charming) places. Go!

I thought the actors did a wonderful job! The total walking distance was perfect ~ in the short amount of time several main "sites to see" were included. The "refreshments" that were included along the way were unexpected and I thought it was a very nice touch! The actors that were involved were very professional and it was a FUN experience for everyone involved. I like the fact that there was a limit of 10 people per group. Thanks for offering something different!

Even as a long-time New Yorker who works in the area, I enjoyed seeing the city thru "new eyes". The cast was phenomenal at interacting with the players, and each of the venues was perfectly chosen to enhance the story.
