| Although fun we all thought each piece was a little drawn out. Our least fav was that room that smelled like an armpit. Very stuffy. We liked another place, but it was a shame we were the only people there, it lacked a lively atmosphere. I did accomplice NY in Oct of 2007, and every place we went to was extremely lively. We could have used one more drink as well. All in all I feel it was well crafted, but a bit lack luster. Cheers, Therese | ||||||

| A few weeks ago, a friend and I did Accomplice: New York. We loved it so much we signed up for Accomplice: The Village and recruited a few other friends. Both activities were extremely entertaining. The actors played their parts well. I would recommend either of these activities to anyone looking for a different kind of experience while in New York City. You see things most tourists don't see. It is also a good activity for locals. | ||||||

| It rained the whole time but we had fun tromping through lower manhattan. I'd recommend this to visitors who have done a lot of NY things and are looking for something new to do. | ||||||

Best thing you can do while in NY

| The fun and excite started with the phone call telling us where to meet and it didn't end until we had completed our assignment and received our reward. Its a great way to see parts of NY that you might not ordinarily go to. The clues make you think but you don't require any specific knowledge to solve the clue. We had a great time even though it rtained on us the whole time and we took a couple of wrong turns. I'm recommending it to everyone I know going to NY. Thinking of planning a trip to Hollywood so we can do the one there. | ||||||

| The characters and the life of downtown new york make this event worth the sore feet. Yes, there is a lot of walking. There are also a lot of great surprises and laughs. I can't say too much and risk spoiling the fun for someone else. This event is for the those who are loathe to sit in yet another theater (movie or otherwise) to see yet another show. Why not become the show yourself? We laughed, we cried (almost) and we did a little drinking. What fun, thanks, guys. | ||||||

Accomplice is a great concept that needs work

| The idea of an interactive mystery that takes place around and with the audience is really wonderful. New York is such a perfect setting for this type of event. The audience interaction with the characters is also clever, although not new. Ten years ago there was a rash of dinner "murder mysteries" where the audience had to figure out who "did it". What was lacking here was a clearly conveyed , cleverly conceived, theme. Even when the conceit was revealed. our reaction was "so what". The characters should have been, rather than characatures, "real" New Yorkers off the street. We as the audience should always be thinking, "what is real and what is not?". The actors played their roles too broadly (with exception of the female characters). They were so silly, and meandering that audience members often said, don't you think we should get to the next clue? Unnecessary was assigning the audience roles. All in all, it had the feel and something that needed a lot more work in the conception, and rehearsal stages. It is not ready yet. | ||||||

| On our last trip to NYC, my friend and I attended Accomplice: New York and thought it was the coolest thing we'd done all week so when we found out there was a 2nd show we knew we had to get tickets for this most recent trip. We weren't disappointed. While we missed the phone call mystery start and the clear task of the Accomplice:NY show we had fun wandering around the Village figuring out the clues and meeting the characters. We'd highly recommend either show to anyone. | ||||||

| We went into this without knowing what we were getting ourselves into. A couple in our group were a little apprehensive but absolutely loved the experience once we got going. We loved being in the Village. The other 3 participants (whom we didn't know) were great sports and all 7 of us got really involved. That's what makes it fun! It really helped us to have a native New Yorker in our group as he was very helpful in navigating the streets of the Village. If someone asked me to describe the experience without giving too much information(which would spoil it for others who haven't participated) I would say it's like a scavenger hunt for clues that lead to the solution to the puzzle(if that makes any sense). Would I recommend it to others? ABSOLUTELY!!!! | ||||||

| We had a great time, the actors were great, the venues were fun, the timing was worked out very well..the only thing i wish there was more of was an actual mystery. There was a good story line, but not much to actually figure out. Will be looking to the the other NY in the fall. | ||||||

Great Way To Spend A Day In The Village

| Right from the beginning it was apparent that we (10) were going to experience a very professional activity. The cast, each and every one were exceedingly talented and fully involved with their character. We were all looking for the clues that would lead us towards solving the "Crime". It was a blast!! | ||||||

| I decided that instead of having the usual dinner out with friends, that I wanted to try Accomplice NY for my birthday celebration instead. So, eight of us got together for the afternoon and had a fantastic time seeing New York in a whole new light. The storyline was fun and the actors were funny, professional and very adept at improvisation. The only drawback of our experience is that we were joined by another couple and they were too aggressive about getting to the actors and the clues first. As a result, some of our group never had a chance to see many of the clues or participate in decision-making. In general, I think 10 people might be too many for the experience. 6-8 would be ideal. Otherwise, a total blast and I'm looking forward to Accomplice: The Village! | ||||||

| we had a group of 8 woman. we thought the whole idea was terrific. the actors were real professional and played along that we weren't even sure if they were part of not.it was exciting not knowing what was going to happen next. the plot was set perfect and we are all shouting it out to everyone we know telling them it's a must do without giving any details. except DO IT! can't wait to do the one in the village. and any others you guys come up with. thanks for a great time. we truely enjoyed it all. i love amazing race and without racing i felt as if i was on the show. | ||||||
