I was late and missed it :-)

Hey, folks, This is just to confirm that, if you're late, you'll miss the event. It was a combination of factors: first, they called me and rescheduled the activity (I had originally bought tickets for Accomplice Village). I didn't know well the second venue (which I am not going to disclose so that I don't spoil whatever can't be spoiled). "Accomplice" was very nice to call me and set the mood, everything was very nice. And then I completely miscalculated the distance between the subway and the actual venue. I was 10 minutes late. And saw no one. I didn't call to complain because it was all my fault. But I wonder how often this happens... Respectfully submitted, A tourist from a red state :-)

So unique! You have to check it out.

My husband and I participated in the Accomplice in August 2008 with our 10 year old twins. We ALL had so much fun! There is a bit of hesitation signing up for an event you know harding anything about but the entire event was well worth it. We were part of a game, a mystery, a tour of parts of New York...I wish I could say more but I don't want to give away the surprises! Many thanks to the wonderful actors and the creator of the event. They were all amazing, very talented, and so friendly. It was so worth the money and in many ways better than a broadway show!

We loved it ! My husband and I brought our daughter to New York for her 16th birthday, one of her presents was Accomplice tickets. She had a great time, as did we. We can't wait for Accomplice to come to Atlanta.

Excellent and amusing experience

The Accomplice is a unique experience somewhere between street theatre and an interactive murder mystery. Great activity, professionally written and executed that was very much worth the approx 3 hours duration. You do not have to know NYC - and on fact this is an ideal way to discover more about the city ( including restaurants/ cafes to return to on your own!) The actors were all accomplished and great fun to engage with. We did the Accomplice : The Village set in Greenwich Village and would highly recommend it. Unfortunately the cast were let down by the final venue which as all locked up due to a mix up ( not the team's fault and had never happened before). This was disappointing but, even so, the experience was great fun. We were offered a full refund but instead we opted to ask for places on the Accomplice: New York and I think we were slotted in to our own experience ( a family of four) to make up for the earlier disappointment. A very professional outfit, great fun and I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone. Enjoy!

From the phone call the day before to the first meeting my family, teen children included, could not have hoped for more. We are still talking about this wonderful adventure 2 weeks after returning home. Can't wait for you to start your Los Angeles experience.

My girlfriend took me on a surprise date and I was excited and challenged by every second of this experience. The Accomplice was truly an experience that exposed me to the city, to a dark underworld and a great adventure on the streets of New York. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great experience whether you're local or international!

Unexpected and Smart

A friend and I from Canada did this while we were in New York and it was incredible. Our group was fantastic and smart. It wasn't too hard to figure out where to go next, and it wasn't too easy neither. I wish more cities had something like this. Maybe something to start in Toronto! No but really, I highly recommend it and you have to have a sense of humor, or at least want to have a lot of fun. If you don't, why are you in New York anyways?

Fun, original way to walk NYC

We laughed a lot!!! Mainly, thanks to the people who put on the show who are great, and good actors too! We had teenagers in our group and they got enthusiastically involved in the activity. It isn't a historic tour of the area but it allows you to have a feel of its streets and sites.

The adventure through New York was one I'll always remember. We went with two couples and all of us had such a great time. I'm dying to try the one they have in the VIllage now. I dont want to give any details because it would wreck it but I have to say it was SO MUCH FUN...lots of walking, lots of laughs and an amazing adventure.

Interesting and great good fun

I took my 16 and 12 year old nieces to Accomplice. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The plot was clever, the clues were ingenious, the actors very talented, and the entire event carried off with panache and professionalism. It's also a great way to get a walk around the village and an introduction to some interesting restaurants and other establishments to which to return. Accomplice is the most fun when the group actively participates -- asking questions, making the actors adlib, etc. Accomplice requires that you pay attention to what is happening around you and focus on what you're doing -- all to the good! There were also refreshments and an opportunity to rest every now and again, which were nice bonuses.I 'm planning to take friends to the Manhattan Accomplice and have already begun to spread the word.

My friend asked if my husband and I would be interested in participating in this 'off broadway' event. Co-workers of hers had attended and recommended; however, we had not heard about it before. There were 9 of us in our group (a mix of family and friends). From start to finish (approximately 3.5 hours), we enjoyed ourselves. The props, players and entire concept was great! I would recommend to all (no kids under 13) - well worth the price of admission. We had a ball and are planning on attending the Village one next!

We were meeting up with some friends in NYC. We did not want a traditional show during which we could not talk to each other. Also, we had 3 kids with us, ages 9,11 and 14. Accomplice was perfect for us. We all had fun. We never stopped moving. Got to see some of the city and interact with performers. I would definitely recommend it.

Makes you look at everyone as an Accomplice!
Sun, Jul 27, 08   1:30 PM RCShin Male 50-59 Local Family With Children
This entertainment offers a host of characters that had us laughing all the way through our "tour" of lower Manhattan. All of sudden you look at everyone on the street and ask, "Are they a part of this?" Even people in my group thought I was a "mole". I saw things and visited places that I had never seen before, and the Accomplice actors were on the top of their game. Good adlibs had my nephews laughing quite a bit. At 17 & 18 years old, they can be a hard audience to please, but they loved the set up, the food and the characters that we met along the way. It could have been more interactive in the beginning- some things were too easy to discover- but the cast made up for it as we progressed on our adventure. The less you know the better- just go for the fun!
