Mission Accomplished....

Accomplice New York is a great activity. I enjoyed seeing a part of Manhattan that I don't normally travel to, even though I live nearby in New Jersey. I would definitely recommend this activity. However, based on my experience, I have a few help hints/cautions. 1. If you are not used to walking long distances at a brisk speed, this is not the activity for you. I would not recommend this activity for people who are over 60 years of age (sorry, but one of the participants stated that they hoped the group walked slow; the person looked over 60). I also don't recommend this activity for people under 18. We had two 16 year olds who looked absolutely bored. The jokes were also over their heads. I know when I was 16, this would not have been a big excitement for me. Plus, alcohol is served, with option of course of getting soda. It appeared that people were hesitant to drink in front of the 16 year olds; I wasn't. Twenty-one and over might be better. 2. Don't go shopping ahead of time and bring your shopping bag with you. It will not only slow you down, but it will slow the group down. 3. Everyone needs to participate. Eight to eleven minds are better at figuring out a puzzle than 5 minds. We were late because we needed to go back and look at a clue. Yes we could have called the number, but for some reason we didn't. If you don't participate, you should not also then complain that you did not see the clue. 4. Finally, try to interact with the actors. That makes it more fun for everyone. You don't have to give an Oscar worthy performance, just listen and respond. Also, you should read the website before you go. Again, I would definitely recommend this activity. You may want to go with a group of people you already know (a fun group that is) or you can go by yourself. It was well worth the afternoon trip into NYC. Again,

I would definitely recommend this activity to tourists and native New Yorkers alike. Accomplice definitely manages to make the game easy enough for people who don't know the city well to participate but also interesting enough for New Yorkers like me to really get involved and see corners of the city we haven't seen before. My friends and I were really into the clue finding by the end. Great way to spend three hours! Kudos to the organizers and the actors involved in this very unique activity.

I've lived in New York all my life but i've never seen it in this light! They did a great job of showing us hidden gems in New York while keeping us very entertained and laughing constantly. great bonding event for people looking for something different to do in New York City.

My husband wasn't sure he was going to like it but he was very pleasantly surprised how much fun it was. We had some friends visiting us from Germany and they also thought it was great. It was a lot of walking but the time goes by fast. I would recommend this to everyone that wants a fun way to see New York. Bring fun people and have a great time.

I thought the whole event was well planned, full of surprises, and you see a lot of the city while being activily engaged in a 'theatrical' experience. Some of us had lived in NYC before, and some of our group were just visitors, but we all visited specific sites that were new to us during Accomplice. Fabulous!

My sister and I had a wonderful time. All of the actors and people involved were interesting and fun. Stopping for food and drinks really hit the spot. I would recommend that you stress how much walking is involved. Some of the people in our group were slow and exhausted. We had to wait up for them. Our group consisted of Americans and 2 Italians who spoke no English! I will tell everyone coming to NY to do one of your tours! thank you

A great way to experience different nooks & crannies of the city on foot while chasing clues. I live in NYC and had never seen some of these locales! Definitely well-planned and thought out; the actors were a hoot. Appreciated the food & beverage breaks along the way which included some local color. Fun to do with both kids and/or adults.

My husband and I and our 18 year old son participated in Accomplice last week and we LOVED it! The only drawback for our group was that we got stuck on a clue and blew too much time, so by the time we ended up at the end, we barely had enough time to get a sip of water much less enjoy the wonderful food! So that was disappointing, but other than that is was great!!!! Highly recommend.

Every member of our party absolutely loved Accomplice New York, including the one who didn't fancy it very much at the start! It was great fun to follow the trail, the actors were all full of character and charm, and we visited parts of the city which we would otherwise have missed. Can't recommend this highly enough.

We had an amazing time, although it was dampered slightly by the 90+ degree weather. Our only suggestion would be to maybe add a sit-down/air conditioned stop mid way through. Amazing characters and acting!!

The entire experience was incredible! I would recommend to anybody visiting New. It's a fun way to see the sites. The actors did an incredible job entertaining from the original phone call to the finale. There were numerous little surprises that make me want to go back to New York right now to experience accomplice village. I especially appreciated being able to talk with the writer and actors afterwards. I won't tell you any more because I don't want to give anything away.

great way to walk around the streets of new york and see buildings/restaurants/ areas that are lovely. (even if you are a native!) The story itself was abit convoluted. I'd like to see a more intriguing play. However it is great for kids. My 9 year old son loved it. and I would definately take him and his brother to see accomplice new york. (we saw the village) without kids, I don't know if I would be tempted to go again. A fun family activity! thanks

Accomplice was a great experience! Being a New Yorker myself, I thought it was a great concept and a wonderful way for tourists and New Yorkers, to experience a small slice of New York. If you're thinking about seeing a typical Broadway show and doing a tour of downtown Manhattan, just book tickets for Accomplice and you'll remember it for years to come.

another great time at accomplice, NY
Sat, Jul 7, 07   2:30 PM dvannoni Male 40-49 Local Family With Children
my wife and I had first attended the accomplice show in lower manhattan and really enjoyed it. we had asked if the village version would be appropriate for a 12-year-old, since a couple months after that our neice would be in town. tom said the show would be fine for our neice, and indeed he was right on. this past weekend we took her to the village version and had a wonderful time once again. the story , the use of the locations , the actors, all of it so clever and engaging, it really incorporates some of the best things about nyc in a way that keeps you guessing and entertained. kudos to tom, betsy and all the wonderful folks behind accomplice: ny
