The family had a great time on this adventure. The staff were friendly and full of fun facts about the island and wildlife. We were luck and got to see dolphins both on our way to the monument and on the way back. |

Guides-Roy and Kera were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable they were patient with us and very helpful in every way. Our experience with snorkeling was limited but with their guidance and explaining so well, made it a good time for us!
We saw the dolphins playing and lots of colorful fish. The kayaking was relaxing and a very neat experience out in the ocean.
If we return to the big island - hopefully we will - we would book this again! |

Quite simply-a wonderful experience. They are very nice people, they take care of everything, they teach you about the reef and the fish that live in it, they make you feel at home. These folks understand Aloha. |

I found the Adventures in Paradise prices the best of 4-5 other guided tour places that I called and this one seemed the most legitimate (i.e. the take credit cards, they pay the required taxes and environmental fees). We saw 3-4 dozen spinner dolphins on the morning tour which was absolutely amazing - I could have been happy with just watching them the whole time. The snorkling was great too--a bit crowded with other tour groups, but still neat. We really enjoyed our guide Ryan who had lots of details about the history of the bay and Captain Cook. The snacks were great - fresh banana bread and muffins in the morning in addition to the ones later in the day. Highly recommended! |

Roy and Joy were fabulous guides and having them there to help us made me feel much more comfortable taking our 12 and 9 year old daughters. The kayaking trip was enjoyable (but tiring!) and we enjoyed seeing a school of dolphins travel along side of us. The snorkeling was really great. We kept our life vests on which made it very easy to just float around and see all of the wonders below. The equipment was very good and we had no water getting in the snorkel or mask ( much better than our snorkeling at Hanauma Bay). We also enjoyed the nice picnic of fresh fruits and snack bars, good energy boost for the kayaking trip back. |

The guide was easygoing and very informative about the area. Snorkeling was good-clear water with many varieties of fish. The highlight was seeing spinner dolphins jumping and playing in the water. No worries--all gear was provided as well as a nice variety of food for lunch and bottled water. The paddled to the island was an easy mile, with calm waters. It was a nice 1/2-day activity that I would recommend to others. |

This adventure was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed the small private group in kayaks rather than a large boat-filled tour. |

We didn't see any dolphins on our kayak out to the monument, but the snorkeling out there was great. The equipment provided worked great... and after all the snokeling there were some very delicious snacks - fruit, crackers, cheese... a whole variety of stuff. Roy, our guide, also told us a bit of history about Kona coffee, captain cook, etc. Very enjoyable. |

Great area to snorkel but would be much more fun to go without a tour group. |
