This tour is a must do if you're new to the city, or want to see it from a different perspective. My family really enjoyed it! It is long, but not very physically challenging in case that is a concern of yours. Again, the tour was awesome and I highly recommend it.

Best Tour Ever!

My husband and I are very active people who love to explore new places. This tour single handedly made our trip to Boston our favorite vacation we've ever taken. The bikes made it possible to enjoy the fresh air, cover large distances, and see a wide range of sites in a relatively short time. I have to admit that before the tour began I was nervous about my biking proficiency because I hadn't been on one in years--much less in city traffic! Fortunately, the guides were so friendly and helpful they made us feel at ease and safe at all times. It has only been three days since our tour and I have already recommended it to several people. Thank you Urban AdvenTours!

The weather was a bit chilly and overcast, but that made for an easy ride (ie. no sweating!) The ride itself was a lot of fun, while not too challenging for the average person. Only a couple short uphill climbs, as Beantown is fairly flat (mostly landfill I learned). Recommend this to anyone who wants to see the city without going on a standard bus / duck tour.

A Must Tour for Locals and Visitors

Andrew was fun, and very knowledgeable regarding the History, and the bike paths in Boston. We are locals and we were surprised at how many beautiful places we didn't know existed!! Beautiful New Parks, and as many times we have gone to the concerts on the Esplannade, we never saw the Fabulous Sculpture of Arthur Fiedler! We had so much fun,we have spread the news to more friends that are coming into town, in the Fall!! Thank You for a Great Adventure in Beautiful Boston!

i was a little apprehensive as i was on my own and it was the wrong side of the road for me. but i loved it, It was the best way to see the city. The lads were great and really looked like they enjoyed their job which made you feel like you were not a burden. The cycling was enjoyable and you could go at your own pace. I would recommend it to anyone and think everyone should see Boston by Bike. Thank you

The city tour is a MUST DO for anyone interested in seeing Boston! Forget the buses and "duck" tours, by bike is by far the best way. Andrew and his staff allow the casual bicyclist to see and hear the history and insider information of this great city. I learned more in their 3 hour tour than I knew about the city on 5 previous visits. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

* Got to see several places in Boston that I had not seen in spite of living in the area for around 4 years. * The weather was awesome and it added to the fun. * Could have been a little more interactive. * Probably can allow for another 30 minutes of free-style riding for people who would not get a chance to get on the bike again for a long time.

Could not find a better way to see Boston!!!

I stayed in Boston only for 2 days and was afraid that I would only get to see few of the many highlights in Boston. I was so wrong. Thanks to the guided bike tour not only did I get to visit the main touristic sites, but also got a taste of Boston living at its best!!!! Riding the bike throughout the city was exciting and what made this experience so formidable was of course the professionalism and knowledge of the tour guides!! They were great in everything the tour requires!! I never felt unsecure, unsafe or bored... all in all is worth the $$$ and add to it the benefit of doing something healthy for yourself and the environment.

After arriving early morning in Boston on an overnight flight from the West coast we thought we were a little silly for booking a bicycle tour of a city we knew nothing about and having little sleep. How wrong could we be!! What a way to shake out the cobwebs and make the most of a beautiful city. We arrived on a beautiful spring day in late April. Andrew and Sam were very welcoming and enthusiastic about the next few hours on a bike and the city they were about to show us. The location was easy to get to on the Metro system and not far from the main rail station where we stored our bags for the day. The water bottles they provided were very welcome once we got on our way. Apart from the perfect weather, the non-stop view from the bicycle meant you had little time to contemplate being hungry or thirsty. I'd recommend this tour for anyone that wants a great overview of the city whilst taking an 'active' role in your sightseeing. The bike ride was no 'walk in the park', but not so hard that a person with average fitness couldn't handle. Just watch out for the couple of hills near the end!! We learnt lots about Boston in a short time, got some exercise and met some great people along the way. Had a great time!
