Garrett was great, we will be back again if ever in boston

went with 2 friends who live in boston- even they were thoroughly impressed. tour goes through the best parts and is not an agressive pace so anyone can do it. only bad thing i would say is my jeans got a bad stain from the bike seat- other thank that perfect!

We just returned from our first trip to Boston. I cannot say enough good things about the group at Urban Adventours and specifically, our guide Garrett. With very little time to try to see as much of Boston as possible, this tour was perfect! We learned so much and had fun being in the out of doors as well. I was a little concerned about the safety factor, but it was not a factor at all. I actually felt safer on my bike tour than I did riding in a taxi! Highly recommend to anyone!

My husband and I enjoyed the city view bike tour of Boston. We were able to see almost all the neighborhoods and ride along the Charles River. The people of Boston were very friendly and tolerant of us on bicycles and yielded to us even in congested traffic. The pedestrians were also nice and would move over when our guide would ring the bell to warn them we were coming. I expected some yelling or at least some honking to keep up my prejudice about Boston drivers but I must now admit... Boston is a FRIENDLY town. Patrick , our guide was knowledgeable and humorus. My only suggestion is for him to talk louder in the Boston wind.

We had never been to Boston and wanted a grand overview on our first day there. This tour was a great way to avoid sitting in a tour bus and instead ride around the city on a guided tour. Greg was our awesome tour guide who was knowledgeable in the city's history and current matters. The bike route was fabulous and was no problem for safety. Greg made sure our group stayed together and signaled for cross to stop for us when we crossed major streets. This was a terrific tour and a great way to get some exercise and see the city at the same time.

Excellent guide! The equipment was in great shape and high quality. I would highly recommend this tour to others.

Lots of information and a good view of alot of the city. An easy and pleasant ride on mostly level ground. The ride along the river was especially nice. The guides are very friendly and helpful. They say to bring a snack, but we had no time to eat, so be sure to eat first.

Adventours Bike Tour through Boston was a perfect way to spend our afternoon. What a healthy, natural way to explore a new city.

I had never been on a bike tour, and I hadn't ridden a bike in YEARS. It felt great and I was smiling the whole time; a very different and unique way to get to know the city in a couple of hours, going through places I wouldn't have otherwise. Definitely recommend it!!

The whole experience was exceptional. Urban Adventure employees were helpful in providing the right bike for you and making sure you were comfortable. The guide was entertaining and informational. It was a great way to see the different areas of the city that you may not be able to see otherwise. I/we would highly recommend this as part of your Boston experience.

I had seen Urban Aventours on a Chronicle show last spring and my husband and I commented on how fun that would be. I surprised him with 2 tickets on his birthday on a beautiful September day. We had such a good time. Traffic was not an issue and the ride was not strenuous. Pedestrians sometimes got in the way of course since so many people were in the city. The biggest obstacle was the size of the group (17) because it was hard to manuever at times. But we both had a great time and I highly recommend it for both locals and visitors. We are from the South Shore of Boston and had been in Boston alot but we still went places and saw things that were new. And all 3 of the guides were knowledgable, friendly, and helpful.

Took the Urban Adventour based on ratings at TripAdvisor. We were the only ones on our particular tour. The guide was nice and informative. We could only hear about half of what was said due to traffic noise, guide talking while facing front, .... I imagine it would be much worse with a group of people because they cannot all be close. We did stop a few times to talk which was good. I think a portable mike and speaker fixed to the back of the guides bike would be an easy fix. Will not do this again. Probably take the Duck tour next time we go.

the tour was better than expected. the guide was very easy going with a sense of humour while he described the best of Boston. We have been on bike tours before, and we highly recommend this one.

I am a avid bicyclist, however, this trip is geared to almost anyone. The leaders kept the pace to the group. I saw more of Boston than I could have walking and saw different parts than I would have in a bus tour. The leaders were great and knew their history of the town. Very fun...very informal...a great value.
