Great way to get a glimpse of those parts of Boston you may want to spend more time at.

The tour was a lot of fun. Provided a good review of locations in the inner city. If you are looking for a detailed analysis of historical sights then this may not be for you, however, if you like a bit of exercise and a sick of a tour bus then go for it!

Lovely tour, recommended, learnt plenty with a good guide, nice to get a little excercise. Things that could be better: comfy gel type saddles (I ride a fair bit but found the stock saddle uncomfortable after a few miles), it was a very slow pace (which might suit some of course).

We would recommend this trip to anyone who goes to Boston. You literally feel like you've been through the entire city. Some hills but not very tough at all.

While in Boston, we did a 5K jogging tour, a Duck tour, and this bicycle tour. As an informed consumer, I can assure you that this tour is the best one to guide you along landmarks on the Freedom Trail, and more. The activity is safe, agreeable and the guides are informed and helpful, keeping the traffic away from you all the while! Everyone at Urban Adventours we found to be kind, courteous and helpful. Closer to sights than a bus tour and covers more ground than walking. Excellent orientation of downtown Boston. Trip is not strenous and guide is outstanding.

After arriving early morning in Boston on an overnight flight from the West coast we thought we were a little silly for booking a bicycle tour of a city we knew nothing about and having little sleep. How wrong could we be!! What a way to shake out the cobwebs and make the most of a beautiful city. We arrived on a beautiful spring day in late April. Andrew and Sam were very welcoming and enthusiastic about the next few hours on a bike and the city they were about to show us. The location was easy to get to on the Metro system and not far from the main rail station where we stored our bags for the day. The water bottles they provided were very welcome once we got on our way. Apart from the perfect weather, the non-stop view from the bicycle meant you had little time to contemplate being hungry or thirsty. I'd recommend this tour for anyone that wants a great overview of the city whilst taking an 'active' role in your sightseeing. The bike ride was no 'walk in the park', but not so hard that a person with average fitness couldn't handle. Just watch out for the couple of hills near the end!! We learnt lots about Boston in a short time, got some exercise and met some great people along the way. Had a great time!

Overall the tour is very enjoyable. The guide is very knowledgeable about the history and sites, and did an excellent job navigating the city streets and keeping the group together and safe. Don't worry about not being much of a cyclist, the tour makes frequent stops to see the sites and the overall pace is not that fast.

As the title says, it was a great experience and most certainly one of the BEST ways to see a new side of Boston. The mileage was never a problem for my fiance' or I, even though we aren't in the best shape of our lives;) I only give four stars because the facts on the tour were a little bit shaky - the guide couldn't quickly pull from memory all of the things he should have known. With the facts in order, five stars would've been given. Overall - most definitely worth it and fun!

We would recommend this adventure to anyone. It was so very well organized and punctual. There were 31 people in our group and we were never frustrated or dissappointed. It was a wonderful way to get a view of Boston. The tour guides are very professional and knowledgable. We were very, very impressed.

Hands down the very best way to see Boston! I don't think I could have possibly seen the city as good any other way. Our guide never put us in a situation on the streets where I felt unsafe. Seeing the city and viewing the world around you from the handle bars of your bike will change your life!

We loved this exciting and well-guided tour. It suited all of us, including my husband, who is from Massachusetts and knows Boston pretty well, my brother who had never been to the United States before, my son, who is 13 years old and is only interested in sports, and me, not an experienced city cyclist at all. I felt like we swooped around and really got a feel for the kind of city it is, rather than just looking at the monuments.

Our Guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the city and history. Cycling was a wonderful relaxed way to see the sites of the city, meandering through the parks, we certainly couldn't have done that in a vehicle! We toured many highlights, loved cycling through Little Italy and Beacon Hill and the waterside. We covered a large area. Very enjoyable, would definitely recommend this tour!
