Bay Sail on San Francisco Bay

Every person I've ever taken on this ride, regardless of age or gender absolutely loves it. Beats the ferry rides by a longshot. Although, I don't like Fisherman's Wharf, this ride is worth going there.

We booked this sailing based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. I'm sure it helped that it was a beautiful sunny day, but the smooth ride of the catamaran, the friendly & helpful crew, and the gorgeous views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge made for a memorable experience. If you want the option of either a comfortable warm cabin or having the wind in your face while cruising the bay, I highly recommend AdventureCat.

We are local people celebrating a birthday. We really enjoyed getting onto the bay and going directly under the Golden Gate Bridge. Bring warm clothing as the weather changed from 90 degrees at home to fog and very cold on the Bay. Recommended to couples and families.

Multiple time 'sailor" from the midwest. Sunset is best and Sharon (the CEO -Chief Entertainment Officer) is very accommodating. Wonderful time had by all...again.

We booked our latest outing on the Adventure cat with friends from Japan that wanted to see San Francisco and we wanted them to go home with a unique experience. We loved the trip and the fact that they had jackets for passengers to wear is what made the ride doable for our friends who would have been way too cold to enjoy the experience any other way.

Recommend providing some documentary as siginificant land marks are passed.

Sailing on the catamaran was lovely. The views were amazing. It was really nice that there were jackets on board for when the wind really picked up and we were freezing. Our only real complaint was that we expected some sort of narration on board. Nothing too detailed, but just an overall idea of what we were looking at. My friend was visiting from NY, so I had to point out the things I knew since I'm somewhat local to the area. They did say we could ask questions, but it would have been nicer if they addressed everyone at once. Also, small thing...they need better snacks for purchase.

I unfortunately waited too long to book an Alcatrez trip. My husband was disappointed. A tour guide with Alegro tours recomended this catamaran trip so I purchased tickets on line. They were easy to find on Pier 39 and were punctual. It was a nice small group unlike many of the other boat tours. The captain and his crew of 2 were pleasant and answered any questions we had. It was a wonderful sail around Alcatrez and under the GG bridge. The wind was very cold but they even had warm jackets to wear. I would highly recommend this for one of your SF activities. Very reasonable too!

These big catamarans provide a bracing experience. Even on the windiest days they are stable and glide across the chop/waves. Want sea-spray in your face, stand up front and take it on. Want little wind and a calmer experience, just sit in the enclosed area. Our family sails every year and we all love it.

I absolutely loved it. First time ever on a sail boat. Took my daughter for her birthday. The weather was perfect and the views were beautiful. I want to go again and take my husband.
