| The Zerve agent was efficient, exact, helpful, professional and friendly!! As a result (and being a former San francisco resident), I will use Zerve, in the future, without reservation. My catamaran trip with my daughter will never be forgotten!! I will remember Zerve whenever I want to book any activity. My only suggestion would be that the Zerve agent should say "zerve", as in "rezzervation"...with a "Z". I had difficulty understanding the name of the company, especailly because I was booking my reservation on my cell phone and the wind was high on the wharf in San Francisco. I highly recommend "Zerve" for any booking one may want!!!

| My boyfriend and I loved this experience. We were visiting San Francisco on vacation, and this boat ride was one of the highlights of our trip. It was a great way to see Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the city all while enjoying being out on the water. It is pretty chilly, but we didn't mind. Coats are provided if you really get cold. Being able to drink on the boat was an added bonus as well. The crew was very friendly and helpful. They gave us advice on other places to go in the city and even gave us a map. We greatly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. |

| This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The nets on the front of the boat are a lot of fun to lay on - you are only a foot or two away from the water. We even saw dolphins and sea lions next to the sail boat. We were lucky and wound up with a day that did not have a lot of fog. I would recommend this to everyone with or without children. |

| My husband and I felt that a cruise on the Bay would feel more intimate on a sailboat. We were really impressed-the boat was very comfortable and romantic! We highly recommend this cruise over the other boat tours. |

| I thoroughly enjoyed this sailing bay cruise. I bought the tickets for my boyfriend's birthday because he's always wanted a sailboat but we live in a land-locked state. He loved it and we both thought of it as a great adventure and a relaxing way to see the bay. There weren't very many people on the boat, as opposed to those huge ferry tours, and it was a pleasant speed, unlike those speed boat rides. This is definitely a less common bay tour but a great one. Two thumbs up! |

| Friendly crew, and just so much fun. I've lived in California all my life and had never sailed on the bay before. It was a great experience. I want to do this again. It was one of the more reasonably priced things to do in San Francisco, too. |

| The boat was nice, the scenery fantastic. The crew was a bit cold and unfriendly. Maybe having a bad day but could have been a bit more personable. |

| The entire family enjoyed the tour. It was exciting to be able to take a ride in the Bay and to get some great picutres as we went under the Golden Gate Bridge. |

| The catamaran trip was recommended by my brother who took it last year. My husband and I were so glad we took his advice! The sail was truly one of the highlights of our visit to San Francisco. I will never forget sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge! The crew was helpful, the captain skillful and we enjoyed chatting with some of the other people on the boat. It was a little chilly on the water and we especially appreciated the jackets that you had available for passengers to borrow. I recommend this trip without hesitation. |
