| I have a 5 and 3 year old and enjoyed the boat trip. The kids thought it was pretty cool! We went in March so we preactically had the boat to ourselves. Great value for what we did. Wish there was a little explanation of what we were looking at. A tour guide with a couple of tidbits would of been nice. |

| We had an excellent time. The weather was not perfect, but was nice.
We enjoyed the crew and took lots of pictures.
Nice steady ride so no worries of getting sea sick either =)
Tons of fun, better than we expected and WELL worth the fee.
There were even free jackets on board to wear if you wanted to step out in the wind! |

| The view is amazing. We took off from the pier (yes, they aptly described being close to the stinky sea lions!) and sailed toward Alcatraz. It was a very chilly, overcast and windy day but they provide you with coats if you still wish to sit out on the trampoline area...we did. Beverages are available for purchase. There is a sense of peacefulness out on the water that was amazing with soothing music to listen to as you sail. I am so going back! There was a couple w/ a friend who made this trek for the 5th time on this day because they were so enamored by it. Best $30 dollars I spent in San Francisco...tipped the captain another $20 getting off the boat because it was insanely cheap for all that you get. GREAT VALUE for entertainment and sightseeing! |

| My wife and I really enjoyed the catamaran trip. It was quiet, relaxing, and laid back. We have taken motor cruiser trips and sail trips, and find that sail is much more enjoyable. The crew were very friendly, helpful, and informative. We enthusiastically recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing trip. |

| My fiancee and I moved to the Bay area a few months ago. We have done most of the touristy stuff, but we had not gone sailing in the bay. My fiancee's monm is scared to death of conventional sail boats, so when I found Adventure Cat, I decided to give it a try.
We love the liesurely sail across the bay, even her mom, and sailing under the Gold Gate was the best part.
The second trip was a week later, when we took my fiancee's friend and one of my friends who is a long-time Bay are resident out. They both loved it as much as we did. The water was a lot choppier for the second trip, but AdventureCat just glides through it.
We had hot chocolate for the first trip, as it was pretty cold, but the canopy blocks the wind very well.
For the second trip, we all had beer, and they have a small but good selection of beer and wine.
Don't forget to ask for a "frequent flyer card" 5 trips gets you a free one.
We will certainly be making this a "must do" for all guests.

| I strongly recommend the Bay cruise with Adventure Cat crew!!! This activity will bring you fun, joy, and lots of laughter! It will also bring your relationship closer with friends and family. If you're looking for a fun place for a family reunion, Adventure Cat Bay Cruise is the right place to have this intervention. =) |

| My parents were in town from the East Coast and my Dad's birthday happened to fall on one of the days of their visit.
None of us has ever been on a sailboat in the Bay so we decided to celebrate my Dad's special day by taking a sailing trip. It turned out to be really great. The weather was perfect, the views from the boat were amazing and the crew was super friendly.
I would highly recommend this to out-of-towners and locals alike!
Thanks Adventure Cat! |

| We were lucky that day! Because one of the engine failed so, the Captain and the crews were trying to do everything possible to make it back to the deck and it took a little while. They were very courteous to let us ride the later sailing boat at 3pm or get refunded. So, we just all came back at 3pm...anyways...it would be better if there was a little narrative explanation of all the scenary we've seen along the way |

| Lisa and I had a great time on the sail on the Bay. Fortunately the weaher was great: sunny, moderate winds, not too cool. The captain and crew were organized, efficient, hospitable and courteous. We felt that we were well taken care of and never in any danger.
Although it wasn't a deficiency, it would be nice if the captain provided a little information about the boat, the sailing on the Bay, the history of Alcatraz, details about the GG Bridge. I wouldn't want a full tour with constant chatter because it was nice that we had our own experience. But the SF Bay is so full of interesting information that a little now and then would provide nuggests for discussion.
We will take this sail again and won't be disappointed if my suggestion is not adopted. |
