| This was by far one of the best experiences I've ever enjoyed in San Francisco. Absolutely beautiful in every way: the view, the salty air, the thump and bump of the waves slapping the hulls, no noise other than the wind in the sails. And just the thrill of being right above the water. I will never make a trip to The City again without going on this cruise. I loved it! And the crew was great--very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. |

| My family was in town visiting & this was a fun way to get out on the water & see the town from a different angle. Our weather wasn't perfect - it was cloudy and drizzled some of the trip, but we had a great time. I was very impressed with the ride itself - it was very smooth & comfortable despite the ocean being a bit rougher. I would recommend hats & gloves if you tend to get cold easily. The wind carries a bite! We didn't get out very far from under the bridge - that was a bit disappointing - just a quick under, turn around, go back under...I had thought we'd go a little further out than we did. But overall, it was a great trip that I'd do again soon! Thanks for a fun trip! |

| This is one of those "must do" things when visiting the San Francisco area. Whether you are old or young, the sailing experience is totally awesome!! The crew was very friendly and certainly quite knowledgeable about their superb well equipped sailing vessel and catered to everyone's needs and answered every trivial question that members in our party had.
Once we got out into open waters, the sails were hoisted, and the engine cut, and the ship came alive being powered solely by the breezes on the SF Bay. We spent the entire journey out on the front deck and open weaved canvas netting - feeling and seeing the water rushing by directly under us. We sailed around Alcatraz Island, then under the Golden Gate Bridge. Now, THAT was an unbelievable experience I'll never forget.
All too soon, our 90 minute voyage was over - but we will certainly return again and again when visiting San Francisco in future years. This was the highlight of our day in San Francisco for sure. So, what are you waiting for? You won't regret this trip!! I just wished we lived closer so I could do this every weekend!! |

| I have been out on the Adventure cat many times - with three generations of family, with my co-workers as part of a retreat day, and with a group of gals for the beginning of a bachelorette evening. The Adventure Cat has been a blast everytime. Everyone I've taken has remarked on how wonderful the cataman ride is - the smooth sailing and the closeness to the water. What a great way to appreciate the beauty of our Bay, Angel Island, the GG Bridge, the skyline. Perfect for locals and tourists alike. |

| we chose thise cruise to get a more interesting view of the bay than we would be going with a bigger ship. This boat is a catamaran with a semi-protected cabin and lots of space to walk around. I think there is a capacity of about 35 people or so versus the 100+ that you might see on other boats. We had some concern with bringing our 3 year old on with us, but they have floor-to-railing netting all arounds the ship. It was not a problem for us to bring on our son and the captain let him drive the boat for a bit while we were out in open water. We had a great time talking with other people on the boat and enjoying the bay. The sailing we did went around Alcatraz, through the Golden Gate and then back to SF. We sailed almost the entire time - the engine was only used in the marina area. There were 2 crew members on board that were pretty laid back. They don't give a narative about the area that you might get on other boats, but there is some information posted around the boat about history of Golden Gate, etc. We recemmond this trip! |

| We had a group of 12 this past weekend, 6 adults, 3 children and 3 toddlers. It's a very nice cruise...very smooth. Depending upon where you stand/sit, you will get wet! For the children, it was very fun to sit and have the wind in your hair. For the little ones, it's a bit of a challenge since they can't really run around because it would be unsafe with the moving vessel. There's a good guardrail across the whole boat and the netting in the front of the catamaran seemed quite solid.
The crew was very friendly and we had a good time. In the summer, out-of-town visitors completely underestimate how cold it can get with the wind, luckily, we were prepared with sweaters and jackets.
Definitely would take out-of-towners on this again. The views of the Golden Gate bridge, the East Bay hills, the City and Alcatraz and Treasure island were fantastic. |
