Best cruise bay ever

| I was escorting 5 family members (ages 14 through 53) from Norway around the San Francisco area, and the best event we had was the bay cruise. Wish I had known of this cruise in past years. Expect me in future years. |

| This cruise provides awesome views of San Francisco, Altcatraz, the bay and the Golden Gate bridge. I have actually been on it three times, accompanied by International tourists, domestic tourists and my own family (local).
Before you book, try to make sure that the weather is warm (75 deg F+), not cloudy or foggy. It gets atleast 10 degrees cooler on the cruise.
It does not stop at Alcatraz or anywhere else, but is the perfect way to spend an hour and a half on a warm weekend afternoon. Recommended cruise time : 3pm to 4:30pm.
If you are the adventurous kind (or a child at heart) you can get a little splashed too, as the catamaran bobs up and down on the waves. It is great fun. |

| We knew we wanted to do a boat ride and found Ådventure Cat on the internet. I'm so glad we did as we all loved it. My husband, myself, our 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter. The crew was great, the snacks were reasonably priced and they even had jackets to wear if you got cold. There's an inside area with many windows if you don't want to be outside. On the outside there's plenty of space to stand or you can sit on the webbing that is open to the water below.
The sightseeing is great and we found 1.5 hours to be just the right amount of time. It does get chilly so dress appropriately and if you need a hat make sure it has a chin strap or else it will blow off.
We've been on the big boat sightseeing cruises and we all agree that this one was much better than those. This is a must-do if you want to be on the San Francisco bay. |

| It was the best cruise we had in San Francisco. It was so good that we had to come back again for the same cruise 2 days later. Captain and his crew are very friendly. I would recommend this trip as top 5 things to do in san francisco. It is better than any cruise trip available on any pier 33 to 41. Better than blue line ferries and it costs the same.

| Adventure Cat provided a great sailing tour of the area around the Golden Gate bridge. The trip was far more relaxed and quiet than the typical boat tour herding mobs of tourists around. Our family had a great time relaxing on the trampoline, viewing the bay, and watching the water go by. |

| The captain and his second man were awesome. They were so nice, they even let some of the customers steer the boat. I definitely would recommend this company to use if you want to cruise around the bay. |

| I went on an AdventureCat cruise last year and it was great. This year I go another chance to make it to San Fran, and I knew that I wanted to go on another cruise. I brought my co-worker with me and we had a great time. Highly recommended :) |

| This couldn't have been a more perfect experience. Although born and raised in San Francisco Bay Area my husband and I had never done many tourism things. We had planned a visit to friends in the area but decided to take the catamaran as a fun trip just for ourselves.
Staff was friendly and helpful and the catamaran very comfortable - a much faster vessel than we realized which was a lot of fun. What we liked the most was that it wasn't overly crowded and not commercial with someone screaming points of interest through a loudspeaker during the trip.
We would highly recommend this activity and it was very reasonable priced! |
