| This was a fabulous experience. From begining to end. The staff was very cordial in greeting us to start things off. The catamaran was well maintained. A fantastic night for sailing it was. The tour of the bay, under the Golden Gate Bridge, all of the sites, what more can be said. I would highly recommend this. We dressed for the ocassion and had no problems. We spent the entrie trip outside experiencing the event. We would definitely do it again. |

| The experience was very good. The choice of drinks was nice and the snacks were decent. It was different from other types of dates and I would recommend it as trying something new. The weather was really cold so even in the middle of summer you should bring one or two jackets if you get cold too easily. But overall very enjoyable. |

| The trip was, quite simply, superb!! Sailing around ' The Rock' and under the Golden Gate Bridge is definitely the way to do it. And for those of us who can not afford to buy a yacht, or shirk at the costs involved in chartering, it is the only way to see it. No noisy engines, no noisy customers, no noisy kids running amok!! No annoying announcements from the 'knowledgeable captain' no nasal tour guide with a mic and a distorted seaker system. The cruise was for a nice manageable number of people. There were decent canapes available and enough cold beers to wash them down with. All in all this was a five star tour. We were lucky with the weather, we had blue sky and a good strong wind to fill the sails!! |

| The crew was helpful and fun. I have seen the Cat's sailing on the bay in the past but never had a chance to take a cruise. We went on the sunset cruise and had an incredible time. The bay looks so diferent from on the water. The price was great and I would highly recommend the trip to anyone.

| The crew was very hospitable. The snacks were better than expected. The trip was just as brief as scheduled. The route did not offer much of a "sunset" view of the sun but it did show off the city in the light of the setting sun. |

| I was expecting something a bit more memorable for a sunset cruise of the bay - especially considering the premium one pays for the evening trip. Turns out that it is just a windy, cold run around Alcatraz to the Golden Gate bridge and back to Pier 39. No one explaining what you are seeing - just a couple of guys driving the boat and one guy at the bar. There is also a selection of inexpensive appetizers - chips and salsa, bread and spinach dip, crackers & cheese, grapes, veggies, etc. They ran out of plates pretty quickly, so you had to use napkins, instead.
It's popular - there were about 40 people for a Monday night sail - half huddled inside the cabin, the other half freezing outside. Just seemed overpriced at $45 to me. It was our first night in town and we thought that this would be special - my kids were definitely bored. I don't think that it will make the "top 10" list for our vacation. |

| 3 of us went on the Sunset cruise and had a great time. We were on the Adventure Cat 2. This is a sailboat cruise, and I'm glad to say that the crew likes to sail! We did motor for a few minutes into the wind towards the Golden Gate, but it didn't take away from the trip at all. Definitely dress warmly- our day was a beautiful and warm day by SF standards, but by the time 6:30 rolled around it was cooler than usual. A sweatshirt wasn't quite enough.
I'll definitely do the trip again, and recommend it to anyone considering any kind of boat tour of the bay. Which brings me to one last thought- we got to see the "other" boats that do tours, and I can only describe them as ferries- big, hulking, metal giants, stuffed with people. To me, they looked much less appealing!

| Trip was great. Late July date meant moderate temps (but bring a jacket/sweater). Cruise went all the way to Golden Gate, so lots of photo ops from different perspectives. Crew was knowledgeable and frindly. Would recommend to anyone. |

| The cruise itself was terrific, couldn't recommend it more. The only downside was that the cruise we took had about 8-10 foreign teenage/college girls acting loud and obnoxious, crowding every corner of the boat while they took pictures of each other (oblivious to the movements of the boat or the sights we were sailing around - and everyone else on board, for that matter). They didn't break the rules, but it did detract from the cruise itself, and I really wish there was a way that kind of immature behavior could be curtailed.
The boat was also very crowded, packed to the maximum 55 people (it really shouldn't be more than 40, but they are running a business, so I understand). My recommendation is to avoid Fridays and Saturdays, go midweek to avoid the brats. |
