Sunset Sail on San Francisco Bay

We had a wonderful time on this cruise. While you do get free drinks and some appetizers, you are really paying for the amazing views of the city and the thrill of being on the deck of a beautiful boat as you pass Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge (and even go right underneath). A stunning sunset was an excellent backdrop for the fabulous photos we took. The bonus was picking up two stranded windsurfers and Captain Joey kindly dropped them at a neighbouring beach. Romantic and fun - ther perfect honeymoon activity and a great way to see San Francisco!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and have already recommended this trip to several people. Exciting to ride in the front and great views of everything. When you get too cold you can head back inside. Going under the bridge and watching sunset on the way back was a highlight of our trip. The crew was very nice and were helpful.

The sunset catamaran ride was fun, although it was extremely cold and foggy out. At some points we could not see ahead or behind us. I was still happy knowing I was on a boat. My favorite part though was when we went under the Golden Gate bridge. The fog surrounding it gave it an eery feeling.On a sunnier day I have a feeling the ride would have been much more enjoyable. If you do decide to go when it's cold make sure to bring heavy outer clothing and MITTENS, as the wind hits hard!

The boat leaves by the sea lions and makes its way around Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Would recommend wearing warm clothing and waiting for the free food - people line up like they haven't eaten all day! They put more out later in the cruise. We had a great time and would do it next time we are there.

I am a local, born and raised in SF, and I absolutely loved the cruise! I had no idea there were dolphins in the Bay! The staff was great, and the scenery was beautiful. I will do it again in a heartbeat. Great for a date!

Me and my girlfriend went on the Sunset Adventure Cat cruise and it was great. It was a little rocky at first but once we got out into the water it was smooth sailing. The free goodies and cocktails added to the experience. The captain and his mate were very firendly and there was a small group which made for a perfect romantic environment. Two things that were a bit of a drag, the cold weather and the fog. If you go dress warm as it can get very chilly. Also the day we went you could not see the Golden Gate Bridge becuase of the fog. I would highly recomend this cruise, as it is different than the other types of cruises. Had a great time, Thanks!

the sunset bay cruise was one of the coolest trips in the city that i have taken. i highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for something fun and exciting to do. i have already told a number of people how nice it was and i am planning my next trip soon. the price is perfect and absolutely worth it, the nice and courteous staff is a compliment to a perfect bay adventure. thank you for the great time! chris

I really enjoyed the cruise and view...however it was extremely cold. Blankets on the boat would be a great idea.
