| From the moment we stepped onto the Adventure Cat, to the time we reached the docks on return, it was an incredible experience! The crew went out of their way to make the sail a memorable time. The views of the bay, Alcatraz, and the bridge were just amazing! Words can't describe how great our experience was! It was a beautiful day and I highly recommend sailing with the Adventure Cat! Advice to future sailors: Be sure to bring a coat, it does get chilly out on the water. Be brave and go out on the webbing, it's awesome. The views from the cabin are just as beautiful as on the deck. Book a sail with the Adventure Cat, you won't be disappointed! | ||||||

| What a great way to enjoy the beauty of San Francisco and the surrounding bay. Just be sure to dress warmly -- you'll need a jacket even in summer. | ||||||

| This was a really great experience for all six members of our group, ranging from 82 years-old to 8 years-old. The weather was great, which helped, although we needed and appreciated the fact that jackets were provided for those who came ill-prepared for the cold. It was also great to have beverage service on Adventure Cat 2. The only downside was the annoying and inappropriate muzak that was played throughout the trip. We love rock-and-roll, but HATED hearing it during this trip. Give us laid-back classical or give us no muzak at all--either would have made the trip FAR more enjoyable. We'd really prefer to give this 4 1/2 stars, but that is not an option. | ||||||

| My family and I totally enjoyed the Sunset cruise. It was worth it! My kids and I enjoyed sitting on the netting. My daughter and I shared good amount of giggles when the waves are on the bouncy side. Seeing the Golden Gate with the sun setting on the horizon is breathtaking. Will definitely do it again. Captain Hans, Bea and Heather (I think) were wonderful. My kids kept on going back to the hors d'oeuvres table. Can't get enough of their bread. Thank you so much! | ||||||

| Loved the fact there were no loud speakers giving cheesy descriptions of views, but instead had relaxed, friendly but professional crew. Felt more like a relaxing boat trip than a touristy tour | ||||||

| I was quite concerned that my 5 year old and 8 year old might not like this. Being from Denver, they've never been on a significant boat ride. Not only did they enjoy the trip, they've been talking about it ever since. The entire trip, although windy, was very stable, minimal splash (5 year old disappointed), the tacking of the sails was fun to watch, took lots of photos (8 year old: "Dad, take a picture, take a picture!") and the sail-driven, silent running was a joy, and without the constant narration of other tours. The kids even got to steer the boat going home. We will certainly do this again. | ||||||

| My friend and I enjoy going on "adventures" and that was another remarkable day in the city! We have seen the sites via land, but there is something about being on the bay looking back on the land that makes for a spectacular site! We will definetly be doing this again. | ||||||

| Had a great time on the cruise, crew very friendly and the weather was great. It would not have been as good the following evening as it was thick fog but that is pot luck and no fault of the company. | ||||||

| Our family had such a nice time on the Adventure Cat Bay Cruise. There were 9 people in our group, including a 10 month old baby, 8 year old, 17 year old teenager, and several adults and everyone loved it. It was a great way to see the bay in a very relaxed enjoyable atmosphere. | ||||||

| Sailing on the Adventure Cat is really a wonderful way to be out on the water, especially if you don't mind being on a smallish boat, a little choppiness, and usually some strong winds. My wife gave this to me as a birthday present, knowing that I would enjoy it. I did -- it was way too short! We did the 3:00 sailing, which is a good time to go with the sun still up pretty high. I suspect the sunset sailings are quite a bit cooler as well as costing a lot more. If I could I would give this event 4.5 stars rather than 5 because it's a little expensive. Still, it's well worth the splurge even if you watch your expenses carefully the way we do. | ||||||

| My 20yo son and I went on this cruise around the Bay ( we chose the sunset cruise) and we both had a great time! We both found people in our oun age groups to socialize with and would definitely do this again. The day was clear and the sunset extaordinary. I thought the price was reasonable too as it came with food and 2 compimentary drinks. I would highly recommend this activity to visitors and locals alike. | ||||||

| great service, fun atmosphere and all around good peoples. will gladly go on it again, but with everything in life it would bring more attention and customers if the price were a bit lower. but you would still be able to make a killer profit. | ||||||

| beautiful views from the catamirand. small group of passengers lended a feeling of relaxation to the 1 & 1/2 hour sail. chilly, but eventually warmed up. gorgeous sunset, and inspirational going under the golden gate bridge. it was a great surprise present for spouse's birthday. we would do it again -- no problem. | ||||||

| I picked this cruise specifically for the catamaran! While the bay views were spectacular and we lucked out with some sunny 80 degrees in April...the best part was the boat itself. I love sail boats because they are so smooth and quiet. It was a great way to get out on the water and actually relax, instead of yelling over the sound of a motor and choking on gas fumes. Also, the cash bar was a great addition so we could kick back with some IPA and really get to relaxing! Next time I will take the sunset cruise for a different view of the Bay. One small note- the website claimed that the cruise started at 6:30, but it actually was moved to 6pm. We were confused by the conflicting information and actually missed the cruise! The staff was very nice to let us reschedule. We are pretty anal about reservations and timing and were mad at ourselves for misunderstanding. So, if you book the sunset cruise, double check your actual ticket (and NOT the website) for the correct sail time. Otherwise, the cruise was my favorite part of our SFO visit! | ||||||
