| Staff was great. I brought a group of colleagues on this sail while they were in town from liaison offices (Buenos Aires, London , Hong Kong & Taipei). All enjoyed it as well as having a relaxing time getting to know each other. Also, lots of great photo ops. | ||||||

| A Golden Gate sunset cruise had been recommended to us by friends, but there was more than one to choose from. I had seen the large "mini-cruise" boats that look nice, but I wanted something a little different, something closer to the intensity of being near the water and nature. The CAT Cruise was the answer. Its a reasonably priced catamaran sailing cruise that takes you out into the bay, around Alcatraz island (what a place!) and under the Golden Gate bridge. The cruise was easy to find on Fishermans Wharf. The Captain and the small staff were friendly and accomodating. Feeling the wind in our faces and hearing the water rush under our feet an amazing experience. Seeing the San Francisco skyline from the perspective of the bay was one of the highlights of our trip. Drinks (great choices of beer!) and hor'derves were provided in the spacious cabin. Cameras and picture taking are encouraged. Dress WARMLY. It may be 80 degrees inland, but the temperature drops dramatically in the sailing breezes at sunset. I highly recommend the CAT cruise as part of any trek to Fishermans Wharf and SF. | My 20yo son and I went on this cruise around the Bay ( we chose the sunset cruise) and we both had a great time! We both found people in our oun age groups to socialize with and would definitely do this again. The day was clear and the sunset extaordinary. I thought the price was reasonable too as it came with food and 2 compimentary drinks. I would highly recommend this activity to visitors and locals alike. | ||||||

| I was quite concerned that my 5 year old and 8 year old might not like this. Being from Denver, they've never been on a significant boat ride. Not only did they enjoy the trip, they've been talking about it ever since. The entire trip, although windy, was very stable, minimal splash (5 year old disappointed), the tacking of the sails was fun to watch, took lots of photos (8 year old: "Dad, take a picture, take a picture!") and the sail-driven, silent running was a joy, and without the constant narration of other tours. The kids even got to steer the boat going home. We will certainly do this again. | ||||||

| My family and I totally enjoyed the Sunset cruise. It was worth it! My kids and I enjoyed sitting on the netting. My daughter and I shared good amount of giggles when the waves are on the bouncy side. Seeing the Golden Gate with the sun setting on the horizon is breathtaking. Will definitely do it again. Captain Hans, Bea and Heather (I think) were wonderful. My kids kept on going back to the hors d'oeuvres table. Can't get enough of their bread. Thank you so much! | ||||||

| My girlfriend and I enjoyed the cruise a great deal. The cruise was reasonably priced and very enjoyable. It was mid march so a little cool in the evening. I would recommend this cruise to any friends or family heading to San Francisco. | ||||||

| It was beautiful day in SF. The staff were very nice and helpful. The trip was wonderful, going under the Golden Gate was fabulous. We had family from MASS that had never been to NorCal and they were estatic about going on the CAT. Would hightly reccommend this tour as opposed to the large boat tours. | ||||||

| Wow! This has to be the best way to see the SF Bay. Quiet, yet exhilarating. Helpful, informed staff, yet not intrusive; no blaring commentary. Outstanding value for a unique experience, especially considering the reduced cost for children. | ||||||

| WoW, I am new to California.....and had friends visiting wanting to see SanFrancisco, particularly the Golden Gate Bridge......this is truely the BEST way to see it.....the price was affordable and a real deal for an hour and half of wow! I liked that the crew didn't talk alot and play tourist guide.....allowed people to relax, explore.....letting us all take it in for what it was in our own ways......made it less touristy which is appreciated and so much nicer to enjoy......It was the best thing I have done in years and truely the BEST way to see the golden gate ever......! One more thing, I like kids and maybe I was lucky....but it was nice not to have a bunch of small kids running around too which can take away from others enjoyment..... | ||||||
