A GREAT HOUR AND A HALF CRUISE

| The Adventure Cat was a lot of fun. The nice part is that you don't get all the narrated hype such as "this is the Golden Gate Bridge, etc" Very relaxing, the cat was comfortable, the staff very friendly and of course you're on the beautiful bay. We are formerly from San Francisco, and we do this cruise every time we come back for a visit. Wayne, from Boulder Colorado. | ||||||

| Adventure Cat was a great sailing experience for my 16 year old daughter and me. Even though there was 30 kts of wind and steep Bay chop, the cat was fast and smooth. The 1 1/2 hour sightseeing tour was well planned and covered a lot of scenery in a short time. The crew was great. | ||||||

| It's a fantastic experience for my family. The day is my wife's birthday. She like this special birthday event so much. My 4-year-old son is glad to meet a new friend, Danial, in this cruise. The crews are friendly and professional. I strongly recommend it to everyone. | ||||||

| Our group included myself, my 5 year old twins and two friends. We all had a superb time. The kids loved being out on the Bay and sitting in the captain's chair and sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge. It was so much fun. | ||||||

| We had 2 couples and we thought it was very enjoyable and we had perfect weather. It wasn't too rough and it was interesting going underneath the Golden Gate Bridge and just seeing SF from the bay and of course we went around Alcatraz. Overall an easy hour an half delight. We would recommend it. | ||||||

| I think we have may enjoyed this, however Friday night I got a little sick from the large swells. My wife who was in the navy and never was sick said she felt nauseated. Several others on the boat also laid down because thet got sick. So much for a catamaran and the smooth ride. I was on a harbor cruse in Newport RI last year with no problem. I am sure your service is fine but I would not try it again. | ||||||

A "real" bay sailing experience

| Our family really enjoyed the sailing trip on the Adventure Cat. We sailed from Pier 39, past Alcatraz and Angel Island, under the Golden Gate Bridge and back in 1.5 hours. The catamaran is fast and very stable, and the trampoline nets up front are great fun to sit in while the boat is sailing. Skipper did a great job of avoiding wakes and sailing through the fast currents and tides of the bay. With about 20 folks on board, everyone had a great time and it was not crowded. Crew was friendly. Would recommend this trip to anyone. Much more of a "real" bay experience than taking a big ferry. | ||||||

| So much better that the other bay cruises I've done!! This is a wind powered boat, so there wasn't the engine noises. It was so quiet and restful. We loved hearing the sound of the wind on the sails. It was fantastic to feel the gentle rocking of the surf and the feel the breeze. And it was totally cool to see the water unter the cat! There is a mesh net trampoline between the pontoons where you can sit or lay. It's feels very safe and secure, and adds much to the trip. Also, they offer to let passengers steer the boat, which is fantastic. I was amazed at how easy it was & how sensitive the wheel/rudder are. Just a gentle movement to the right or left changes the direction. This bay cruise was the highlight of my year (so far anyway :) We're definitely coming back. When family or friends come from out of state, this will be one of the top things on our list of "to do's". | ||||||

| Took the trip at 6pm on 4-5-07. My girlfriend and I were the only 2 lucky passengers for that voyage. We found the Captain and First Mate very friendly and polite. Durning the whole voyage they were great. Both were funny and smart and made the trip even better. Both my girlfriend and I will recomend the sunset cruise, not only for visitors but for the SF locals. Thanks again for a great experience Adventure Cat. | ||||||

| Couldn't imagine a better tour around SF and the sights. We were blessed with fine weather and a very friendly, courteous crew who made the trip a fantastic memory for all. Kids loved the open atmosphere and the freedom to move about. Sailing is fun anyway... but to be on a cat on a sunny SF day with the wind in your hair and the sun in your face... thanks for a great time! | ||||||
