Quiet fun ride...

| The trip on a the catamaran was fun. I really liked that there is "no engine" sound -- it's a sailboat! Although the crowd on the boat was mostly a younger set than we were, we enjoyed the ride and would do it again. It was cold out under the Golden Gate bridge, but the crew provided extra jackets for those not dressed warmly enough. I recommend bringing gloves just in case it is cold. | ||||||

| If you are just dying to get out on the bay... then this will definitely suffice. Upsides: $32 per person for the 1 1/2 hour catamaran tour. You're on the San Francisco Bay. They do swing underneath the Golden Gate Bridge which was pretty neat. Downsides: You and 40 or 50 other people you don't know seeking space on the railing. (This was a gorgeous day, so perhaps there were more people than usual...) This commercial vessel hardly makes you feel like you're sailing. For the price, it was pretty good. I grew up sailing however and this was just not the sailing / bay experience I was looking for... | ||||||

| Our cruise started out with sunny blue skies/ windy weather and ended an hour and a half later with fog and cooler temperatures. Even so, the views were incredible before that fog rolled in. Bring your own warm, hooded jacket and gloves just in case the weather changes. | ||||||

| I have a 5 and 3 year old and enjoyed the boat trip. The kids thought it was pretty cool! We went in March so we preactically had the boat to ourselves. Great value for what we did. Wish there was a little explanation of what we were looking at. A tour guide with a couple of tidbits would of been nice. | ||||||

| It is a good time to get together with your friends and other random people, but outside is verrrrrrrry windy without much shelter. The only place to hunker down is inside, which limits the views a lot. Plus, drinks are expensive (I think they should be included; or at least one complementary drink). | ||||||

| This was such a perfect way to spend an afternoon, especially celebrating a special occasion. The crew was low key yet professional, getting on the boat was simple, safety instructions minimal, and then the cruise was more fun than expected as the wind gave us great speed but not so strong as to need more than a light jacket. Easy to enjoy adventure in a world class attraction!!! | ||||||

| My Fiance were on a road trip that landed us in San Francisco. The AdventureCat Sunset Cruise was all I expected it to be. The cruise was relaxing, fun, not crowded (I don't like big crowds) and very romantic. We had opportunities to take great shots of the sunset, the fog rolling in over the Golden Gate Bridge. We also met great people from all over on vacation and the crew was funny and helpful. The appetizers were good and the bar was great. Any bar that serves hot chocolate is great with me. Definetly bring a sweater, it gets quite chilly out there and you might get a bit wet. We would definetly do this tour again. | ||||||

| This was our second time on your catamaran. My husband and I were celebrating father's day with our kids. As always it was great. Friendly crew. Great weather. All of us enjoyed it. | ||||||

| Hi! Thanks for the nice time that we had on your cruise. My only comment was that it felt a little disorganized when we were first trying to board. Some people had their "blue" tickets, others had "red" tickets and I had no idea where I was supposed to get these. I had come early with my e-ticket, and it was hard to tell who I was supposed to check-in with. A couple of signs for gathering points would have been helpful and would have made me a little less anxious at the beginning. Thanks!! | ||||||

| We went on a Sunset Cruise and it was fabulous. I brought along the only children on the tour (a 15 year old girl and a 5 year old boy). I was a little concerned about my young son enjoying himself, behaving, and generally not being disruptive to the other guests since he was going to be the only child. No worries though. Once we got under way, it was smooth sailing! The crew were so pleasant and accomodating. The Captain answered all of my son's many questions about sailing and his career choice with a smile. It truly was the highlight of our entire trip! It certainly shows in all the pictures taken during the cruise. We were all smiles. Money well spent in my opinion. Loved it! | The boat trip was very enjoyable - the views were great and the crew didn't bore us with lots ot talk about the area. The food was a nice touch, although having more selection in terms of drinks available would have been nice. We had a great time overall. | ||||||
