| My husband and I really enjoyed taking this cruise. It gave us a great view of the bay and the Golden Gate bridge. The only downside, for us, was that there was no "narration" on the trip. Being from out of town, we weren't always sure what we were looking at. | ||||||

| Very fun ride. Can get a little cold so dress in layers. Nice snacks and drinks were available on the boat. This is a very smooth ride. The catamaran cuts right through the water. The boat also has a sheltered area so you can escape from the wind if desired. I would definately do this again and highly recommend it. The captain and staff were very nice and personable. | ||||||

| Had a wonderful time. If you are looking for high adventure skip this trip. The catamaran will not get a pontoon out of the water because of insurance problems and spilling of drinks I am sure but if you want to go out on the water and have a wonderful relaxed time this is the trip for you. I only wish it could have lasted longer | ||||||

| nothing more fun than sailing on the bay. great views of the city, the bridge, alcatraz. Most fun thing to do in SF. Have done it three times. | ||||||

| My wife and I had our cruise September 20. The crew was there in a timely manner, were very helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. LIght appetizers were tasty and available as we got on the ship. There were roughly 20-30 people on our cruise. The trip itself is pretty and goes by Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate bridge. Great picture taking opportunities. 2 drinks per person were included and served happily by the crew. The crew was helpful as we went along, and I noticed a few people asked to go up and chat with the captain in the steering area. The only thing to remind everyone is that a sunset cruise at this time of year (who knows, maybe most the year) is going to be cold and probably include a lot of fog. The crew is completely ready for this, and had heavy jackets available for everyone who was not bundled up well. The fog can also wipe out any true sunset, but it was still a very scenic trip and romantic for a couple who wants to enjoy the trip. | ||||||

| I found the Adventure Cat cruise after the evening Alcatraz tour had filled up. I am so glad that it worked out this way. The cruise on the Adventure Cat greatly exceeded what I had hoped for. It was relaxing, fun and different from the ferry that I would have been on had the Alcatraz tour been available. The Cat wasn't too crowded. I was able to move from the back cabin to the front area and experience what sailing on the Bay was like. Even though the Cat is relatively small, it was extremely stable on the water. I experienced more rolling on the water during the ferry ride to Alcatraz earlier in the day than I did during the night cruise. I highly recommend this for anyone that is looking for an alternative to the traditional ferry rides to tour the Bay. I will be booking another cruise when I return to San Francisco. | ||||||

| we really enjoyed the tour. it was nice not having a tour guide talking in your ear the whole time. you can just sit back and enjoy the views. | ||||||

| A group of 4 ages 28 to 62 enjoyed the trip. We got to see sea lions at the dock as well as in the bay running along side the boat. The scenery from the water of the bridge and San Francisco at sunset is beautiful. It is worth the price just for the pictures you take. We have been to San Francisco a couple of times and this was one of our favorite excursions. | ||||||

| We took the 90 minute AdventureCat cruise from Pier 39 and it was a lot of fun for everyone. The cat took 60 minutes to tack to the Gold Gate Bridge, then 30 minutes for a straight return. The crew was professional, the boat was clean and stable, and the 90 minutes was a great adventure for parents and kids alike. Highly recommended, much more fun than a motorboat cruise. | ||||||

| If you are looking for a great value and a simple cruise around the bay, this is it. The captian and crew were very nice and the boat was awesome. It was uncrowded and relaxing. They even supplied jackets for those of us not prepared for the weather. You have full roam of the boat while sailing and can choose to be outside or in. When we come back to San Fran we will do it again. | ||||||

| Our cruise started out with sunny blue skies/ windy weather and ended an hour and a half later with fog and cooler temperatures. Even so, the views were incredible before that fog rolled in. Bring your own warm, hooded jacket and gloves just in case the weather changes. | ||||||

| Over the years been to San Francisco many times.First time to take the AdventureCat Great way to see the Bay and Golden Gate. Very enjoyable. I highly recomend the sailing! | ||||||

| My husband and I were looking to spend some time on the bay but the dinner cruises were too much money. We found the adventure cat and read other reviews, we decided to try it ourselves. We purchased the tickets over the phone with no hassles at all. We didn't even get lost when going to find the dock. We loaded and left the dock at 6:00. We stayed outside on the front of the boat the entire time. It was beautiful to just look at the scenery. For those that did not want to be outside they could get the view from inside the boat. If you are concerned with the weather I would say wear pants and a jacket; however, they do provide heavy duty jackets for individuals that did not bring one. This was a great experience and we have already said that we will do it again. I got the most amazing sunset pictures ever! | ||||||
