| small group on boat (if you want romantic ask how many will be on boat) My husband and I truly enjoyed the trip it was wonderful.. The other people and even the guys running the boat were great in helping us get some great pictures. We saw a couple get engaged it was our 8th wedding anv. so that was wonderful to see that. the views were great. I recommend this to anyone.... | ||||||

| We scheduled a 1 p.m. Saturday sail, the first of the season for this company. Arriving breathless just when the boat was supposed to launch, we found Captain Hans and his crew of three waiting with no other passengers. He asked me somewhat sheepishly if we'd might be interested in the 3 p.m. sail instead. But since we had already made a prior commitment for that time, we said we could only make it now. At that point he revealed that we were to be the only passengers. "Oh dear, don't sail just for us!" we said, glancing at a catamaran that can accommodate 99 passengers. "No, that's all right," he insisted with surprising good humor. "You paid for it, you get it." Captain Hans certainly looked the part of an old salt. With a white mane and full beard, he'd earned the role, having sailed catamarans for the past nineteen years on San Francisco Bay. Until that time it had been an overcast day with light rain, but when we launched it began to clear, and by the time we sailed under the Golden Gate the sky was a sparkling blue. Captain Hans and his crew were all friendly and accommodating. It was an altogether memorable experience. Hard to say how it would be with a hundred fellow passengers, but on this midday honeymoon cruise it was a delight. We would highly recommend both the cruise and the crew to any and all who follow. | ||||||

| We just did the sunset cruise this past Saturday. We were a bit worried about the weather, but it ended up being clear and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and the wine was fantastic! I highly recommend this trip! | ||||||

| The Adventure Cat was a smooth and fun sail on the bay. The sunset was awesome, and it just so happened that a full moon was rising as the sun set. I have taken several cruises on the bay from some of the other providers, but none of them compare to the Adventure Cat experience. The captain and crew allowed us to go right up to the forward rail and sit on the netting spanning between the twin hulls. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone especially couples looking for a romantic activity on the bay! | ||||||

| Hi, We invited friends visiting from overseas and our baby to sail and see the Bay from a unique and spectacular angle. We had enough wind to cut off the engines and just glide. We found the crew professional and friendly just like 3 years ago when I celebrated my soon to be wife's birthday. We will probably come back again when our son is a bit older and family is visiting. | My husband and I were on our honeymoon and thought this was a definite highlight to our San Francisco romantic get-away. I would suggest the cruise to anyone. I felt safe on the cruise and had a magical time! This was much more personalable than other cruises offered on the bay. Thanks again! | ||||||

| My wife and I were visiting San Francisco to celebrate her 40th birthday and booked up this cruise the week beforehand. A great choice and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The weather was absolutely perfectt- warm and sunny when we departed and then culminating in a spectacular setting sun behind the awesome view of the Golden Gate bridge. It does get quite cold out in the Bay so worth bringing warm clothes. A great boat trip though and money well spent. | ||||||

| The Adventure Cat experience was my absolute favorite of my whole trip. You have the option of the Day Cruise or the Sunset Cruise. My advice is to spend the extra $15 for the Sunset Cruise. It is WORTH it. Me and my boyfriend went in the middle of October, which I heard is the best time of year for San Francisco weather. The staff and captain are very friendly and interactive. And there's a BAR! I prefer the Catamaran to any fancy Yacht cruise any day. It is more intimate and quiet and you can hear the ocean as well as see it beneath your feet. The ocean wasn't too choppy and the sunset was so beautiful, everyone could not stop starring at all the colors. I got some awesome photos. It was the best 1 1/2 hrs I had in SF and totally worth it. I would say that it is fun for everyone, not just couples (families, friends, groups, etc.). Would definitely book it again when we are back in town. It is truly a hidden gem that I'm glad I found. | ||||||
