RELAXING WAY TO ENJOY S.F. BAY

| My husband and I reserved the cruise part of our 5 year Wedding anniversary. The crew was very nice and on time. It was our first time on a sail boat and was it Wonderful! Quiiet, Smooth, Relaxing and Romantic. We would recommend to bundle up because it was very cold. We are planning on doing it again with our kids as well. A must do for couples and families. | ||||||

| My friends and I took one of our friends on the boat ride for her the beginning of her bridal shower/bachelorette day. The weather was slightly overcast, but the ride was still beautiful and the staff were really nice to us. We're locals, so we thought we had prepared for the trip (brought extra layers, hats, coats, gloves), but MAN was it cold! If you're going to do this, bring TONS of clothes for the trip out (or stay inside the glass part of the boat) - the trip back is much better because you are out of the wind. Regardless, we had a great time on the boat and had a great day all in all! | ||||||

| The wind was a-blowin 20-25 mph and made for an exciting sail around Alcatraz, across the bay and under the Golden Gate Bridge. The large catamaran was stable and made for a relatively smooth ride. My wife, a non swimmer, was comfortable in the large cockpit taking pictures while my granddaughter and I were on the netting in the bow area. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer the hundreds of questions from the guests. I'd recommend the trip to all visitors to San Francisco. | ||||||

bad weather, bad food, but turned out fun

| We went out on a VERY windy and cold day. The ride was so crazy that we were getting a little sea sick inside. We went outside and it was better to get some air, but still hard to drink and impossible to eat. We agreed that the food wasnt great anyway. When we tried the food inside, the salsa was bland, the chips were low quality--some kind of flavored Doritos--and the bread for the spinach dip was also obviously cheap and tasted bad. But we didnt come for the food. We ended up having a great time outside on the front of the boat and for a while when the wind calmed down, on the trampoline nets. It was definitely an adventure. Loved going under the GG Bridge. Luckily we brought wind breakers and gloves...I would recommend bringing these things on your website, as well as a warm hat; we could have used them. I would recommend this ride but would make sure to say "check the weather before." Although this can be hard if you are planning far ahead of time...and no one knows when the wind will be crazy. I think it would be much more enjoyable on a nice, sunny day. Also, the staff was great! Really nice guys, very helpful, cheerful...they were one of the best parts of the ride. | ||||||

| Our cruise on Adventure Cat was the highlight of our recent visit to San Francisco. Finding the boat was easy and we arrived early to ensure we knew where we were going. We sailed out and around Alcatraz, then along the coast of Sausalito. We then went under the Golden Gate Bridge and back to the Bay Bridge. The day was perfect (well almost perfect). Blue skies and sunshine made the entire bay sparkle. It was a little chilly but the boat offered coats for anyone who was cold (we were dressed for the weather so it wasn't a problem for us). I got many wonderful photos for memories of a wonderful afternoon on San Francisco Bay. Thanks, Adventure Cat! | ||||||

| It was great fun being on a catamaran; close to the water and really feeling like we were on the bay. We were taken outside the gate, around Alcatraz, in view of Sausalito and back along the shoreline of SF. No complaints whatsoever on route, food, drinks, or crew. The price for a 1.5 hour sail was $50/person. Seems high to me. | ||||||

| We had a great time because we were talking the whole time and enjoying eachother. However if I was from out of town I would have been somewhat bored. Maybe tell some facts of the city as you tavel around, or make it for younger crowds and have drinking games. Similar to a booze cruise! The staff was very nice BTW, no complaints about them at all. | ||||||

| We were a group of 7, most of us are local, but we had some family in town and wanted to show them something different. It was a gorgeous day and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves. One and a half hours is just the right amount of time and the views of the city, Alcatraz, Marin and the bridge from the catamaran were incredible. There are not too many people on the boat, so it feels intimate. I'd do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco. | ||||||

| The whole experience was superb. The staff was great as well. They supplied jackets for people that wanted them for the cool bay. Word to the wise...if you dont want to get wet stay off the front of the boat/netting. The views were great and the price was reasonable. | ||||||

| Overall I did not find the cruise to be a very good time. The crew was very impersonal. There was nothing at all pointed out during the cruise. No "look to your left to see such-and-such". I watched Andrew, a crew member yell at someone for stepping too close to him. He could have been friendlier, or they could have marked where they don't want people. The light apps were decent. There was no interaction. I was very unimpressed with their level of customer service. | ||||||
