| We have been to SF over the years for vacation. We were told about the Sunset Cruise from our daughter and she told us how she loved it. The sunset Cruise on San Franciso Bay was the best thing we have done and seeing the Golden Gate Bridge from below is awsome. The staff was nice and attended to our needs. | ||||||

| The catamaran cruise was stunning! Gorgeous views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge. Nothing annoying and touristic about it! For sailers it's a must. For all who love connecting with the ocean and not being 20 feet above it in a ferry, it's required. | ||||||

| The weather changed rapidly 2-3 hours before we went out. It was cold with heavy fog, In my opinion the captain made a poor decision and should not have gone out. It was so cold no one could go on deck and visability was nill - about 50' on every side of the boat. I know there's no telling what the weather can do in San Fransisco but it was clear that no one was going to have a good experience BEFORE we sailed. The captain's decision was made based upon the revenue to the boat and not upon anything else. I also think it was unsafe to be out in such thick fog. I believe we hugged the coast as much as possible but I couldn't see so I can't be sure. Fog horns everywhere. Although we've been on many cruses in small sailboats my wife was a bit scared and I wasn't too comfortable myself. Also, the captain didn't say anything to us about the weather or what he was doing to keep the boat safe or anything else during the trip. He just wanted to stay out long enough to get the $$$... We just returned from our trip so I haven't had a chance to register a complaint with whatever authority the captain reports to but I intend to talk to somebody and soon. GA Hausenflock | ||||||

| The Zerve agent was efficient, exact, helpful, professional and friendly!! As a result (and being a former San francisco resident), I will use Zerve, in the future, without reservation. My catamaran trip with my daughter will never be forgotten!! I will remember Zerve whenever I want to book any activity. My only suggestion would be that the Zerve agent should say "zerve", as in "rezzervation"...with a "Z". I had difficulty understanding the name of the company, especailly because I was booking my reservation on my cell phone and the wind was high on the wharf in San Francisco. | Don't be discouraged by the fog in San Francisco. Once you are out of the harbor, chances are there will be nice, sunny weather, and sailing a catamaran at full speed is an absolutely exhilarating experience! Take plenty of warm clothing along, the wind can bring the temperatures down, and don't forget your camera. The scenery is beautiful, and watching the maneuvers on deck is just as interesting as the sights like Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Two free drinks with assorted snacks, a friendly crew, and comfortable seating with great views made for a very enjoyable evening at sea. | ||||||

| This was our first time aboard a large Cat and the experience was fantastic. Captain Hans and Firstmate Hans were very approachable, informative and accomodating. I would recommend this trip to anybody who loves the water and seeing the sights of San Francisco and Sausalito from the the ocean side gives a truely different perspective. | ||||||

| I got this sunset cruise as a birthday gift. We had never been to the Bay area. It was beautiful! It was a fantastic way to see the city. Don't expect a tour guide, but you can expect the crew to be nice and answer any questions. The sunset cruise provided dinks, food, and spare jackets for the unexpected wind. I would recomend this cruise to anyone who would like to see the city in a diffrent way for both locals and visitors. | ||||||

| My family went on the 1pm Adventure Cat and the kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids as a family activity. Definitely better than a boat cruise! | ||||||

| The captain and his second man were awesome. They were so nice, they even let some of the customers steer the boat. I definitely would recommend this company to use if you want to cruise around the bay. | ||||||
