I found the countryside tour the best part, the guide was very friendly. With the film I had some difficulties to understand when it comes to the language (mainly the accent) as I am not a native English speaker. The Amish house tour was also good. |

From the very moment that we arrived to check-in, the staff was very polite and gave us information before before boarding onto our bus. While we were on the tour, our tour guide gave us all a feeling of comfort as we passed through each farmland and we also had the chance to make a couple of extra stops along the way since our tour bus was only half full.
The stops that made along the tour were awesome! It gave us a chance to interact with some of the Amish that worked in the stores. Furthermore, we had a chance to taste the food, and see the arts and crafts that were on sale in the stores.
I defenately recommend getting the Supper Saver Package cause it was all a great experience. |

I live locally and had an elderly (76 year old) visiting me from California who requested we make the trip. The bus was comfortable and the bus tour moved at a reasonable pace. The driver and guide were courteous and helpful with my elderly friend getting on and off the bus. The house tour was very informative and our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgable and provided great detail. We ran out of time before we could make it to the "movie" experience because my friend spent so much time in the lovely gift shop.
It was a very organized and enjoyable experience and worth every penny. |

My Mom and I enjoyed the tour very much. We gained much information about the lifestyle of the Amish. Their lifestyle is to be envied. |

Of the 3 activities included in the Supersaver, I liked the bus tour the best. The guide was excellent and the bus was air conditioned!! The house tour was informative too. The movie was OK. Kids might like it, but I didn't feel we learned anything that we hadn't already learned from the tour guides. Overall, I thought it was a worthwhile introduction to Amish life. |

This tour included three stops during a 3 hour bus ride. No information was provided about Amish activities at any of the stops. At each stop, we were encouraged to spend money. As this tour was supposed to provide an overview of Amish life, why was the last stop at a non-Amish run facility, a winery? What were the individuals on the tour who do not drink alcoholic beverages supposed to do during this stop?
The tour guide was not particularly knowledgeable or well spoken. The subsequent show in the theater and the tour of a recreated Amish home provided no information beyond that offered on the bus ride. |

It was the most interesting and educational experience I have had in a long time.
Everything we assumed about amish life, was not at all true. For instance I thought they used outhouses, and had no inside plumbing. But I was wrong. Great experience. |

The bus tour guide was very informative and helped to correct myths about the Amish Community. The different tour stops allowed us to experience the Amish lifestyle. I have already recommeded this outing to my friends. |
