| We had prime rib. The server was not clear as to what was "allowed" in the serving line. She gave you no time to consider your options. My wife doesn't eat prime rib so the server gave her two chicken breasts.
I asked the server why I couldn't have her prime rib and I would give my wife my chicken breast which would give my wife two pieces and the server wouldn't allow it.
Why not I asked and she shooshed me off to the next server (a man)
I feel I was taken.
62.50 per person is a lot of money, and I felt as though the server wasn't allowing us to figure out how we could best get our money's worth.
Other than feeling I got taken by not allowing me to have the prime rib I paid for, It was a nice cruise |

| We were celebrating our 19th anniversary with our grown son & daughter-in-law and our youngest son. It was also his 16th birthday. The way in which everything was handled, from the reservations to getting directions, to boarding and dinner was very, very nicely done. We are from Phoenix and had never seen big horn sheep before. We saw several on the trip and it was wonderful. The dinner was very well prepared, generous portions and staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The captain and staff knew about our celebrations and made an extra effort to make it a special day for all of us.
The only thing I would change would be the sturdiness of the dinnerware. The plates were a little flimsy and hard to manage from the buffet table on the first level to the upstairs dining area. |

| This was an amazing excursion. The weather was beautiful and the food was so much better than expected! Even though the price seemed high for what was described, spend the money and do it, you won't be disapointed. The mountains and the wildlife, the water, the sky, it was all just amazing! You start out w/ a narrated trip around the lake and the canyon and then as the sun starts to set dinner is served.
The food was prepared fresh on site from a grill, so it made everything taste great. The portions were just perfect and made for a nice eveing overall.
The staff on the boat was knowledgeable about the area and took great pride in imparting information about the Canyon. All the staff was very accomadating and offered their services for picture taking, carrying food, serving drinks, etc.
I would highly recommend the dinner and check the calendar for a full moon. We had one the nite of our excursion and it was an added bonus to see it come up over the mountains and reflect off the water. Just do It!! |

| We enjoyed the dinner cruise to celebrate a birthday. It was beautiful, relaxing and informative! It's nice that you start out in the daylight so you can see the scenery and wildlife, and then finish up in the dark with the stars and moonlight. It was a capacity group for our tour, so we didn't get our preferred seating, but you can wander around the entire boat and see the views from all sides. Seating was assigned based on reservation booking date (first come, first choice), so book early for the best seating. We would definitely choose this activity again! |

| They visited with limited time, young adults working hard in MI and Canada. Our son and daughter wanted to experience the canyons. For 2 1/2 hours (without the stress on dad to drive!) we enjoyed visiting and laughing, sharing the wonderous views, a full moon, relaxing music and meeting new people. An evening their lonesome mother will treasure for a long time.
Thank you. |
