| The cruise was very enjoyable and the help was very nice. The only thing I can say is that I was not impressed with Captain Tom. He had a negative attitude and I noticed he was short with some of the people. He should keep his negative remarks to himself and not share with the customers. I think if he doesn't like his job then he should get another. |

| During my family's visit the first week of November, we traveled around most of northern Arizona. Since they live near water back east, I thought the Dolly Steamboat would be the perfect end to their trip to our beautiful state. And, it was. They thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and beauty of Canyon Lake. We took the dinner cruise and the food, service and narration of the scenery around us were awesome. I highly recommend this cruise. |

| Would like to salute Captain Tom, Nicole and the other assiatant (Upper Level)
as well as the cooking staff for a wonderful evening cruise on the lake.
The serenity and views were very relaxing and even more so with dinner.
Our group of ten was seated in front of the boat taking in all the views and narrations by Captain Tom.
I personally want to thank Nicole for the seating arrangement with my group as I feel she had gone the extra mile for me to impress my friends. In fact, I heard from my friends afterwards that they intend on bringing their family members when they visit onto the Dolly Cruise.
One couple said, we have cruised the Dolly before, but never on a dinner cruise and this trip was fantastic with our friends being together. Just want to mention that while cruising, conversation among our group was at almost a standstill as we listen to the narration and enjoyed the beautiful views. The time went too fast for us. |

| We bought tickets for our 5 year olds that were present, but we had a three year old and was told he did not get a meal. I think that should have been part of the information that we received. We would have made different arrangements. Also, I did not like the fact that we had to pay additional money because we were a group, when we got the same service as everyone on the boat. It is not like they ran around and paid special attention to our group. I also think you should work on your crew to at least smile. They were not every friendly except for a couple of the ladies. Sorry this sound negative but I think these are some area's that should be worked on.
Over all we all like the cruse including the food, which was every good. There are just a couple of area's that need to be worked on. |

| My new husband and I decided to take this dinner cruise on the dolly steamboat as part of our honeymoon weekend. We had a fantastic time. The food was EXCELLENT. The crew members were very friendly and the captain did a wonderful job narrating the scenery and different noteworthy features of the lake and surrounding canyon. We even spotted some big horned sheep. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone who likes good food and a good time. |

| It was a very nice outing, a little different then the usual anniversary dates I have been on the past. It was a very relaxing guided tour, the food was great and the captains choice of music couldn't have been better. I highly recommend the Twilight Dinner Cruise on Canyon Lake with Dolly the steamboat to anyone who hasn't tired it yet. |

| We had a memorable evening of fun, conversation, and laughs mixed with the relaxed atmosphere of the beauty of Canyon Lake and its natural surroundings.
My group of 11, included family from Chicago and Ireland. None of whom had ever seen such natural beauty as the Lake had offered. The descriptions of the area and commentary from the Captain and crew were perfect. The evening was beautiful, water calm and the dinner was above what we had expected. Everything was well planned and with no waiting in line for the dinner service. We will certainly be doing this again in future visits from our family members who will be joining us. We will be taking the grandchildren on the earlier cruise times to see the wildlife in their natural surrondings. |

| The cruise boat left on time and returned on time. The scenery was awesome and we had a special treat of seeing a Big Horn sheep that stood out on a tall precipice and posed for photos.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The captain gave us lots of information but not too much. It was a very nice date evening. The weather was HOT but the captain kept the boat in the shade much of the time and with the air movement as we moved through the water it was a very pleasant evening. |
