Astronomy Cruise Leaves Passengers Starry-eyed! |

What a wonderful evening May 10, 2008 turned out to be. The weather was perfect as we embarked on the Astronomy Cruise. We were seated at the front railing on the bow of the Dolly and could see everything. We saw bighorn sheep before we even set sail! The dinner was good and Dr. Sky was informative and entertaining. This is rather costly to do very often, but is a nice treat when you want to do something extra-special. We cruise on the Dolly every few years and have a memorable trip each time. |

I couldn''t believe how beautiful it was. It's like an oasis in the middle of the desert.

The food was decent, not spectacular. The boat ride and the crew were superb! It's a lovely trip and an opportunity to see more of the "best of Arizona"...which, contrary to the opinions of some, is not all about Scottsdale. Dr. Sky (the astronomy show) was interesting, although finding a spot on the boat to see everything was a challenge. And seeing thorugh the high-powered telescope was fantastic...although, again, tough to do with the number of people on board. All in all a nice, relaxing evening on the water that we plan to do again! |

We took my father who was visiting from the east on this dinner cruise. It was wonderful! We had a great time relaxing during the cruise and we enjoyed the information the captain shared about the Arizona landscape. The food was excellent. We highly recommend this cruise. |

Seeing the big horn sheep was a bonus

Weather perfect
This is the 2nd time we've brought out of state guests on this cruise.
None have seen anything like it.
We highly recommend it. |

The whole evening was wonderful. The cruise started on time and ended on time and the people on board (luckily) were nice no one was loud or obnoxious. The crew was very nice and helpful. The food was very good and the service was very good. My wife said it would have been nice to have some tomotoes in the salad but that was her only sugestion. The scenic view, including the Big Horn sheep, was really spectacular, especially for me and my wife who are native bor Desert Rats!!

The scenery was amazing. The prime rib, potato, roll and veggies were excellent but the chicken was a little dry. Soft background music and lighting to make the dinner more romantic. I've noticed everyone likes to reserve the second floor for the dinner cruise but I thought it was more peaceful on the lower deck outside. |

What an amazing event! We were with Friends celebrating our Anniversary. This was such a Fun, Romantic, Entertaining, and Beautiful event. We had no idea Arizona had such Beautiful Mountains and Views. The weather was perfect (May 3rd), the Ride was Fantastic (we were upstairs, uncovered), and even the Food was tasty! This was the first time we've done anything of this nature, and we would definately do it again!! Well worth the money!!! Great to do with Family, Friends, and great entertainment for out of towners!! I'm so glad we found this, and now know it's worth doing again!

The scenery, food, and atmosphere make this an extremely pleasant activity. My only recommendation would be to put some timelines on your map, as people from outside the area may not realize how far (in time) the location is from Phoenix and how much time it takes to drive the twisting, two-lane road. |
