Activity Description
Escape the noise and stress of the everyday world as we journey through the "Junior Grand Canyon" on Canyon Lake. Discover the beauty of the lower Sonoran Desert and listen to our captain recount some of the legends of the Superstition Mountains.
Experience a "Mark Twain" voyage aboard the Dolly Steamboat while you relax and admire the breathtaking flora and fauna and view some of our desert wildlife.
Highlights include:
- Flora and Fauna – Saguaro, cholla, barrell, and prickly pear cacti
- Desert Landscape – Palo verde, mesquite, creosote, tamarisk, sage and desert brittlebush
- Wildlife – desert bighorn sheep, mule deer, white-tailed deer, coyotes, javalina, ring-tailed cats, bobcats and mountain lions
- Birds of Prey - Bald eagles, falcons, hawks, vultures and many other species to catch your eye
Lunch:
When groups of 25 or more request lunch, individual lunch tickets can be purchased by the general public instead of the regular nature cruise tickets. Check the schedule above. The $35.95 lunch ticket price will appear next to the date if lunch is being offered.

What Is Not Included?
Gratuity is not included in the price of your tour. For the lunch cruise, parties of 15 or more will be contacted directly within a week of purchasing tickets to provide credit card information for an additional charge of 10% gratuity.
