We had a group of 11 family and friends from various states visiting ...... this boat tour was fabulous and a great way to introduce our loved ones to the awe inspiring Arizona views. Even better is that the location is so close to home. Captain Tom was entertaining as he provided geographical and historical information. The staff were very pleasant and the weather was perfect. Everyone left feeling relaxed, awed, and excited about the venture. Thanks for the great experience!

Forgot my "e-ticket" but the crew was very understanding and accommodating. This canyon is our favorite for canoeing. The paddle boat was a wonderful way for us to share our love of this canyon with friends from Kentucky. The crew pointed out some big horn sheep right at the beginning of the trip and that set the tone for the entire 1-1/2 hour journey. The captain was friendly, knowledgable and the crew helpful and attentive. They'll willingly take over your camera for a photo! Food and drink available on board. Great trip. Do it!

| This is the second time we have taken The Dolly. We had relatives visiting from Kansas and thought this would be a nice, fun and relaxing outing to let them see what a desert lake is all about. They loved the scenery and formations and being on The Dolly. We highly recomend this trip, young children don't really have much fun and we had a couple of crying babies and toddlers who almost got to be too much. That is to be expected and we understand that, but maybe families with small children should think twice before correlling them in such small quarters and plus the fact they had to wear life jackets which they did not like.
Thank you very much for a nice afternoon and we will be back for the dinner cruise this summer. That sounds like a very enjoyable evening.

I think for the price there should have been some complimentary beverages or snacks. Other than that the boat ride was fine. What bothered me was all the jet ski's and drunk idiots that kept buzzing around the boat that annoyed me. At one point there was a helicopter that did about several low flybys. Which made it difficult to enjoy the music or narration.

The ride was lovely and there is some beuatiful things to see. We enjoyed the ride and Captain Tom. The boarding process is a bit of a disaster. You take the printout you get from Zerve to the window to get a numbered boarding pass. After watching people cut in line, we finally got our boarding passes numbered in the 40's. When boarding was called, they allowed those with special needs to board first then it was supposed to be by number. However, chaos erupted and people just stormed the captain and handed him their tickets. The captain seemed flustered and didn't even check the numbered tickets. We just got out of the way and were one of the last to board. I think they need more people to help with the process to keep everyone in line. If they don't intend to board in an organized fashion, they should just abandon the attempt and get rid of the numbered tickets.
