We are a group of friends from the Midwest who never thought about taking a boat trip on a lake near Phoenix. The winding roads to the lake were an experience all on their own. The lake and towering canyon walls were impressive. But best of all was the wildlife we saw: deer, turkey vultures, and a herd of sheep. |

My adult daughter and I spent a glorious hour and a half cruising slowly along the Canyon Lake on a recent holiday. It was the most relaxed we'd been in over a year. What a joy to cruise blissfully along while being informed of the nature surrounding us as we glided in the sunshine totally oblivious to work and life beyond the lake at that moment.
The crew was great, the captain jovial and informative, the boat smooth and the weather was perfect! We even had a performance by Bach! This was an adventure we were happy we chose and would do it again readily upon a return to Arizona in future.
It is a reasonably priced and visually stimulating for anyone of any age! The best thing is that someone else was driving so you could relax and see and enjoy your time aboard the Dolly Paddleboat cruise. Highly recommend it!!!! Enjoy! |

The address given is inncorrect in being located with the use of a GPS. We spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do and we missd the tour. We called the agency when we had cell service. We were given verbal directions and told we would need to come the following day and buy another set of tickets. Needless to say, we were extremely turned off by the bad customer service and we didn't return. |

Prior to our trip to Copper Canyon in Mexico, two couples of us wanted some time to relax the day before we left on the long bus trip to Mexico, We found the 90 minute narrated trip on the Dolly very relaxing and enjoyable. The weather was perfect and the commentary most enjoyable. |

We all loved the nature cruise and the narration and the service on board, however, we were really upset about the boarding order. I followed your advice and got their early (an hour to be precise) and was the first in line to have numbers 1-5 for boarding............however, when it came time to board, they called out time to board..............and people just started boarding...........we were among the last to board which simply was not fair........we had waited an hour when others had just arrived, had the last numbers and yet boarded first. This needs fixed............numbers called out and boarding passes/numbers checked. Thank you! |

My wife spent our 41st annveristy on the lake cruise.and had a great after noon.
We recommend it to anyone young or old.. Besure to bring a camera.. |

I take everyone who visits on the cruise! I have been on it at least 8 times! The ride to The Dolly is beautiful ! I always take my guests first to Torteia Flats to get a picture of them having a drink in the saddle. We than return to The Dloly. The Dolly had been referbished since the last time I was on it. It looked Great! We saw a lot of wildlife on this trip. The scenery was spectacular as always! The staff is very knowledgable and helpful! Any trip to Phoienx would not be complete without taking the Dolly! We always complete our trip by stoping at the gost town on the way back. Best burger in AZ. Sit on the patio and gaze at the Superstions!
Just a reminder; The Dolly does not take credit cards ( that is why I used Zerve. ) If you have reservation you get to recieve your bording pass first so you board first and get the best seats!I ( another reason to use Zerve)
I packed light healthy snacks but there was a sign saying we could not take on board, so we returned them to the car. A lot of other passangers did bring food and drink on board and nothing was said. |
