| no system to allow those arriving early to give them priority when forming line to get boarding passes. There should be a number system allowing people to be served when the ticket window opens based on their arrival not who can jump to the front of the line first. |

| I've done this cruise several times, both the afternoon and the evening dinner cruise. I am never disappointed by the beauty of the lake, rocks and desert flora. Sighting of wildlife, which often occurs, is a definite plus. This area is another great example of the diverse beauty of Arizona. The narrator is informative and fun. Restful and relaxing. |

| We made our reservations based on a friend's recommendation. The captain and other staff person were very informative and were wonderful to our children. We were able to view a variety of animals including big horn sheep, turkey vultures and even a blue heron. The scenery was incredible and the ride relaxing. This excursion was one of the highlights of our trip. |

| I highly recommend the Dolly Steamboat Tour. The lake is beautiful with gorgeous views. The narrarator was a little cheesy at times but very informative. This is a nice trip for the family but no little ones as some of them on the boat seemed bored. Would be nice if you had friends or family visiting Arizona. |

| Had family from Denver. She has trouble walking and a Dog with the same issues!
The dog was in a doggie stroller and she never leaves the dog. They had no problem letting the dog on the dolly. (Thank you) We all enjoyed the beautiful Az canyon. The narrator was good, funny and appropriate music too. There were children on board and they seem to enjoy the ride. However mostly 45+ age group, but a good combonation. i would go again. |

| I and my elderly parents took the noon hour cruise in early September. We found it to be a very soothing ride. We enjoyed the scenery and the captain did not talk too much. Even though it was a hot day there was a slight cooling breeze on the water.
Sitting on the top deck inside gave a great view of the canyon and protection from the sun.
Walking down the many steps to the boat was difficult for my dad but he was the one who did not want help. He did start down ahead of the group. I knew beforehand that there was a wheelchair available if necessary.
I wish the cruise were either at 10:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. Our only criticism is that we were starving by the time we got back on shore and could have our leisurely lunch at the resaurant. |

| The drive to the lake was beautiful. At the Marina everything went smoothly and efficiently to hand out tickets. The elderly and handicapped were allowed to board the boat first. The view of mountains and wildlife was awsome. Crew was very friendly and informative.
I wish it were longer.
Stopped at The Mining Camp Restaurant on the way back for a great family-style meal.
A beautiful day. |
