The weather was just perfect and the captain was very knowledgeable about the area. My husband and I enjoyed the lake and the history. This tour is really for adults, their were several children on the steamboat in fact a couple sat at our table with two children under the age of 3 yrs old and they could not have enjoyed this tour as they were so occupied trying to keep the kids busy...so why spend the money if you have to keep the kids entertained, get a sitter for this one and make it your day. |

Long and winding road to get there. Lots of great views along the way. The one-way bridges slow down the traffic, but aren't scary. April weather was clear and still cool. Think later in the summer the heat might make this miserable. Breakfast at the cafe was was good and service cordial, but agree that this operation certainly goes at its own slow pace. A lot of confusion that day. Most folks had reservations, but the window didn't open until right before the boat was getting ready to leave the dock. Up close view of the canyon at a slow pace. Yes, the captain's narrative and the music can be a little corny. A good choice for getting out of Phoenix and seeing some desert scenery. |

Very well orginized, staff very friendly. Between the narration and the music and the canyon walls we felt at one with the canyon and the rich history of Arizona. |

The scenery was fantastic; the weather was fantastic. The Captain's narration was very interesting and helpful while not being overbearing or droning on; the musical
interludes were perfect! Can't wait to come back again when there are some water-
falls active. |

I was disappointed because there was no signs indicting where this cruise was. It took 45 min to find the cruise and when we finally arrived at 12:00, the boat was just leaving the dock as anticipated. We were out the money we paid and very disappointed. I have since talked to many residence of the Phoenix area, none of which knew the exact location of the cruise. I think there should be better indicated signs down Apache Trail. I wish my experience would have been better. |

I think the music should have had a more fun theme. It was boring and made the trip seem boring. The narator was good, but people also like music. |

We enjoyed a wonderful day! The history and geographic info Captain Tom shared was very interesting & the music was a nice complement. The views in every direction were fantastic. I would recommend this cruise to anyone...whether resident Arizonan or out of state import or visitor. It makes for an outstanding day trip! |

Very relaxing trip, fun for the kids. Saw lots of big horn sheep on the side of the cliffs. Scenery was beautiful. Very informative captain. |

Boat trip was well worth the price. Seen the long horn sheep but no other wildlife. Enjoyed the tour and the tips from the captain. Only complaint was that it seems such a shame to allow speedboats and jet skis on such a historical site-kind of ruins the ambieance. Also, the water was really dirty from all the boats, oil and such debris. We are from Michigan and are used to seeing clear water here. Otherwise, was a very nice trip. |
