Perfect day trip with out-of-town visitors. Easy drive from Phoenix. The ninety minute cruise was ideal - not too long; not too short. Entertaining commentary by Captain Tom.

We love to bring our out-of-state guests on this cruise for them to appreciate the beauty of Arizona. We look forward to this event over and over again. The drive from the valley with its winding roads may deter some people from driving up to the lake, but the scenery is awesome.

Still have to stand in line for the boarding pass but many trips sell out. Wouldn't want to drive out there without advance tickets.

We took our 8 year old granddaughter on the trip. She also thoroughly enjoyed the boat ride and the rest of the trip. Sorry we did not see any wild life. I was looking forward to that.

The boat ride is pleasant and relaxing. A wonderful thing to do whether on vacation or local for an afternoon of enjoyment. Great enjoyment even for those who are unable to walk much to sight see.

The Dolly Steamboat is a relaxing ride through some of Arizona's most beautiful country. My out-of-town guests are always impressed because t hey don't realize that Arizona is a lot more than just deserts.

Our cruise around Canyon Lake was a wonderful part of our afternoon out. We enjoyed seeing parts of Canyon Lake you can't visit by road or shoreline. The narration was good and we saw native wildlife. I will be planning to do it again but for the sunset dinner trip next time.

The cruise truly lives up to its name as the Junior Grand Canyon. Aside from corny narration, the scenery is gorgeous and the trip is well worth your time.

We had out of town visitors and wanted them to experience some of our beautiful Arizona. It was perfect weather for our very peaceful 12 noon ride. We all enjoyed it very much. We would have loved if our "guided" tour had given us more information. His comments were very minimal. It would be great for out of towners and, also uninformed natives, to learn more about our great state and its wonderful history and geography.
