| While the scenery was enjoyable, the ticketing process was cumbersome. First, I was too early, then I was late to pick up tickets which resulted in less than favorable seating, even though I had prepurchased the tickents before traveling to AZ. I would suggest adding staff or making other arrangements to hand out pre-purchased tickets. |

| We enjoyed the afternoon immensely as the weather was much better than the forecast. We saw a lot of blue herons, desert mountain sheep, eagles and other sundry wildlife and plant growth. The surroundings are beautiful and well worth the effort to go across Phoenix to take the cruise. The crew was entertaining and knowledgable. |

| We got in the same line as those who had made phone reservations directly with the Dolly company. They each paid $20. We paid $22 on line. There was no advantage to having e-tickets. |

| We've lived in Scottsdale, AZ for 15 years and never had a clue that the trip on the Dolly Steamboat could be so special. Capt. Tom was both entertaining and informative. The scenery was breathtaking and we plan to return the next time we have visitors. We were pleasantly surprised. |

| It was very relaxing and beautiful. We were fortunate to have a sunny day, but it could be enjoyed rain or shine. The staff was wonderful. |

| This was our second trip on the Dolly. It was fantastic the first time and the second trip was equal. It is a great experience of a different part of Arizona. The vessel and the crew are terrific. It is an informational journey presented with humor.....that made it great. We have recommended this tour to many of our friends. Keep up the great work. |

| This is our second time aboard and it was just as enjoyable as our first visit.
Extremely enjoyable boat tour with majestic views of the surrounding mountains & scenery. Many opportunities for landscape photos. The ride to Canyon Lake is dotted with majestic views as well. Afterwards, suggest going to Tortilla Flats, about 5 miles farther down the road; then, if time allows drive towards Roosevelt Dam & Lake.
WORD OF CAUTION-- buy your tickets prior to your voyage or you probably will not be able to get on board. Each time we have gone- the trip was sold out ahead of time; and, customers were turned away.
The only inconvenience is the requirement to arrive about 30-45 minutes early and the need to stand in line to redeem your e-ticket for a boarding pass to get on the boat. |
