| i wouldn't know how the cruise was because the directions we were given never lead us to the boat! we drove around apache junction and nearby towns/ villages for nearly a hour, searching for the road to the marina.
we asked the state park ranger for directions, only to have our head bitten off and sent in the opposite direction. we then stopped at the ghost town, the name i cannot remember correctly, and had a wonderful time there for a short time. it does not take that much to slap up a billboard on the road. either that or slap up a simple sign with arrows or something to that nature.
overall, i hope the steamboat enjoyed my donation since there are no refunds on tickets. the surrounding sites were nice. the drive up the mountain road was spectacular with beautiful views. susperstition mtns are amoung the awe inspiring mountains in arizona. if anyone takes this trip, allow yourself ample time to search for the place. locals don't help, the directions are sketchy and understated and there are plenty of things to do nearby other than this tour. |

| My wife and I are wintering in Arizona from Ohio, and, our four friends are from Arizona. This was the first time for any of us to take this tour. We all enjoyed it very much. It was a treat to see the bighorn sheep. We all took many good photos. |

| Being a native Arizonan I believed I had seen all the state had to offer. I read the reviews for the Dolly Steamboat Cruise and decided to take my family and see if the reviews were just hype or if they were accurate. To my delight the reviews were hyper-accurate. The boarding process was quick and orderly, the crew friendly and informative and the scenery spectacular. My wife counted three bighorn sheep and my eight year old daughter busied herself counting birds of prey. A wonderful and relaxing experience. My only recommendation would be to lengthen the tour. |

| Funny you should ask for this review. I discussed this boat trip with your boat captain "Tom"
Last October I took a similar tour on Lake Como in Italy. The boat tour was much to fast. The boat itself was not clean. Not an enjoyable experience. Seats uncomfortable. Not to mention the cost of the tour which far exceeded yours!
My experience and that of my family on your boat tour was entirely great.
Your personnel were polite and helpful.
The prices at the refreshment stand were fair and reasonable.
The tour was a total joy. We hope to do it again.
I would recommend the tour in a "heart beat".
Thank You,

| My wife & I took our 11 year old son on the 90 minute Dolly Steamboat Cruise over spring break. The tour was awe inspiring. Even our 11 year old cannot wait to go back. Majestic rock formations tower hundreds of feet above the calm surface of the lake. An occasional Jet Ski or boat will pass by slipping from view as they round the the next rocky outcropping.
Do not forget to take your camera. This is nature at its best. There were Big Horn Sheep on the cliffs, hawks soaring above, bat caves and petrified trees in the rock walls. Every direction you look provides another example of the natural beauty that can only be experienced from this cruise.
This is a cruise where you can absolutely relax and forget about the stressors of everyday life. We highly recommend the Dolly Steamboat cruise. |

| This is a very relaxing tour, sitting back and observing the ornate rock formations and wild life. We enjoyed the humor of the captain and the assistance of the other crew members pointing out sites to see. Lots of history explained with the area which we liked and appreciated. We heard about it thorugh AAA plus saw information in the Phoenix travel bureau information that we had requested. Mentioned this tour to others who live in the area and they had not heard of it. Would like to try it out. |

| I was Visiting Friends in the West and we decided to try the Dolly as a Saturday of Enjoyment... Couldent have made a better choice... The Cruise was Informative yet had a splash of Humor added in for the Right Mood to please all. You guys are AWSOME and i would recomend the trip to ANYONE visiting the area or just for a short get away. I WILL go again on my next Visit . Kenn McCord, Ohio U.S.A.
2 Changes i would Make
1= Make it more Visable that people have to check in Upon arival to get their Boarding pass at the Clerk / Stand
2= Fly the American Flag on every Cruise, we said with NO FLAG on the Flag Pole ( only bad part of the trip ) GOD BLESS AMERICA !!!!!!!!!! |
