| Although the boat is clean and well-run, the narration was really lacking. I supose we were spoiled because a short while earlier we had taken a cruise on the Desert Belle on Saguaro Lake. That was captained by a retired US Geological Service scientist and he was able to tell us about the wildlife, gelolgy, plants and give us some historical stories. Also, the Desert Belle allows you to take on food and drink, and I wouldn't have minded not being allowed to take our on on this trip, but there was a very small selection.
If the narration could be improved so it was much more interesting, we would go again with guests. Otherwise I recommend the Desert Belle. |

| This is not a trip for young kids who are looking for action, e.g., a lot of wild life. It is a great boat ride and the mountain scenery is beautiful. It's a great trip for family get togethers and small groups. Would highly recommend. |

| For one who has had their own boat on this lake I seen alot of Canyon Lake. I think this Cruise bring out the best the Canyon Lake to people who have limited access. I learn alot of things through the Guide. I was impressed that the guide would stop when we saw wild life (Big Horn Sheep) angel the boat so every one would be able to see them. That was the best... I will definetly bring family from back home (Indiana) who visit to this adventure. Everyone who came with me in my group absolutely loved it. |

| If you don't have your own boat, and you love the Arizona lanscape then this cruise is a really nice way to go! If you burn...sit in the shade or wear SPF3000 as it is 90 minutes in the Arizona sun. As beautiful as the surrounding landscape and wildlife are to review, the sun will have little mercy on you.
The narration was fine. It was a mixture of narration and then mood music. Personally, I would like to have had a little more education than mood music. But that is a difficult balance to strike and you can't please everyone...
But for only around $20 I'd say the boat, the narration and the beautiful scenery are well worth your time.
After the boat ride, you might want to consider continuing down the road a little further to Tortilla Flats and have lunch! That is an out of the way place that provides for a very interesting and satisfying conclusion to the afternoon. |

| I was sick so my husband and our daughter and son-in-law went on the ride and found it to be very interesting. They are from out of town and it was a treat for them to learn about the area. |

| We had a group of 11 family and friends from various states visiting ...... this boat tour was fabulous and a great way to introduce our loved ones to the awe inspiring Arizona views. Even better is that the location is so close to home. Captain Tom was entertaining as he provided geographical and historical information. The staff were very pleasant and the weather was perfect. Everyone left feeling relaxed, awed, and excited about the venture. Thanks for the great experience! |

| This is the second time we have taken The Dolly. We had relatives visiting from Kansas and thought this would be a nice, fun and relaxing outing to let them see what a desert lake is all about. They loved the scenery and formations and being on The Dolly. We highly recomend this trip, young children don't really have much fun and we had a couple of crying babies and toddlers who almost got to be too much. That is to be expected and we understand that, but maybe families with small children should think twice before correlling them in such small quarters and plus the fact they had to wear life jackets which they did not like.
Thank you very much for a nice afternoon and we will be back for the dinner cruise this summer. That sounds like a very enjoyable evening.
