| I had reservations for myself and my family on April 23rd for a 2pm cruise. I was staying at the JW Marriot in Phoenix and was told by the concierge that the drive to Canyon Lake would take 45 minutes which was very obviously wrong. When we were already on the Apache trail, and realized that we would be five minutes late, I called the Zerve phone number and told them that we would be five minutes late so that they could alert the boat and they told me that there was no way for them to reach the dock . I called the other number that they had given me at the time of my reservation and the woman who answered also told me that she had no way to reach the dock. It was very upsetting that they could not reach the boat in a circumstance such as this or even in an emergency. Sure enough, as we got to the dock, the boat was just pulling away and there was no reperesentative at the dock to help and the ticket booth was closed. I waved and waved at the boat , but no one saw me. Therefore, I am very upset with the Dolly Steamboat and in fact, think that my money should be refunded and certainly at this point would not recommend it to anyone.
Sincerely, Dr Robin Goldman Reich |

| Well worth the price. Very much enjoyed the tour around the lake. Captain and crew kept things interesting with factual and not so factual humorous stories. Music played during cruise contained its own humor. We believe one selection is the theme from The Titanic.
Suggest check in as soon as ticket office opens, boarding priority passes are given based on when you step up to the counter. Advance ticket purchase was a plus. Everything went smoothly with the Zerve ticket sale. |

| This was a fun trip for all of the ages (14 yrs to 72yrs) in our group. Yeah, we only got to see a couple of bighorns but that was better than not seeing any and that certainly was not within "Dolly's" control! The weather was beautiful, and the captain narrated the scenery and sights quite well. Only potential hitch - we arrived right on 2pm and almost didn't get on the boat! Be timely! |

| This is always first on our list of activities for visitors new to the area. People are always surprised that a dessert area has such a beautiful lake area. The only change I would make would be the boarding process. After making reservations via Zwerve including prepaying, we still had to queue up for over a half an hour to get out boarding number. Much like Southwest Airlines old system, if you don't get there early enough to stand in line for almost an hour, you end up boarding last. Not convenient. |

| As a new resident to Phoenix, my husband and I wanted to find a place to take our family when they came out from Ohio and Calf. My new friends at work recommended Canyon Lake boat tour...We checked on line, thought it would be great and booked for 5 adults and 1 child which was free...I liked that very much!
We drove out to check it all out before everyone got here and loved the drive and hairpin turns to the canyon...We are explorers! Found everything...Got a beer in the resturant, went to Toritta Flats got an ice cream cone and earrings...went back home!
Then when the family came we did it all over again...the boat ride was wonderful, the captain was just great with all the history, loved the music...popcorn and snacks very reasonable in price...Free water was a very nice thing to have...Got back, we all went into the resturant and ate great food and ICE COLD beer...went back to the FLATS and all got prickly pear cactus ice cream...and drove home....Our children, their wives and our 4 year old granddaughter had a great time....Would tell anyone to buy tickets and do this tour....
Thanks so much
