| Totally enjoyed the Steamboat ride!! The crew is very pleasant!! This is our second time on the Dolly Steamboat. However, I do not think I will use Zerve again. It would have been cheaper to buy the tickets at the dock or directly through the Dolly Steamboat phone line. |

| even though it was extremely cold and rainy and wet, we still enjoyed the scenic cruise and was thankful for the lower deck that was enclosed so we could still see and stay warm at the same time. Everyone was very friendly and we would do it again |

| We enjoyed this nature cruise very much. The weather was perfect, not too cool, and not too hot. Looks like November is a good time to go. The cruise was relaxing, and the scenery was great. I would love to go again and try the dinner cruise at night! This is a good trip for everyone of all ages. |

| As this was a "nature" cruise, I felt very let down that there was so very little information learned during the cruise. The opportunity to instruct about the geology, local history, as well as the wildlife, flora and fauna of the area would have made the time tremendously informative and was seriously lacking. I've been on various cruises that did the above in other areas and you are missing a wonderful opportunity. (Beside the captains tips would grow accordingly!) As it is now, it's bring a deck of cards....because otherwise there is little else to do. |

| While the "Narrated Nature Cruise on Canyon Lake" was extremely scenic, beautiful and relaxing, it is not properly described. It should be labeled a Scenic Cruise of Canyon Lake. The narration was minimal! There was a short description of the dam, a comment that if you see any wildlife, please let the captain know, and he did point out some petrified wood. There was no other "narration". Oh, wait, he did point out several rock formations-ET, Indian Princess and last, but not least, Mozart. Mozart was accompanied with some pipe organ music which would have scared away any wildlife in the area!
While we enjoyed the cruise immensely, there was no narration about the history of the area, the flora and fauna or anything else remotely "nature". |

| My grandsons enjoy crusing Canyon Lake on the Dolly Steamboat. The highlight is seeing the Bighorn Sheep in the cliffs above the river. This is the second cruise we have taken, and both times we were able to spot the Bighorn Sheep. Many of those we meet on the cruise have been locals taking out-of-town visitors. We live on the west side of Phoenix, and still enjoy the peacefulness of the cruise and the desert landscape ringing the lake.
One suggestion would be to include a little more about the Native peoples who inhabited the area before white settlers came to the area. Visitors are always interested in hearing about our wonderful Native American heritage. |

| Dolly Steamboat left on time, returned on time. Well organized; no hassles.
Scenery was nice, but no sign of the wild animals that were anticipated. |

| We had a lovely time going on the Dolly Steamboat. The scenery was great but we also enjoyed the music that was played and the narration keeping us informed. I would gladly recommend this to someone else and we will probably go again. My husband needs a scooter and everyone was so helpful. |

| We were told it would be first come first serve in seating. Well....that isn't the case. All those with wheelchair's......canes, etc. were seated first.....which was a bus load of people. We arrived early so we could have choice seating. This wasn't the case. We were disappointed to be the last on the Steamboat. |
