Very Beautiful Scenery, Great Crew

| My wife and I have lived in Tucson for 10 years, and had never been to Canyon Lake. The Dolly Steamboat ride was a great way to see the lake and its beauty. Our captain and crew were great as well. Only downside was it was raining heavily as we departed, putting somewhat of a damper on the experience. But someone must have been watching over us, since about 40 minutes into the cruise the sun came out. All in all it's a great day trip for tourists and locals as well. |

| This would make my second trip to Canyon Lake in as many months.
First a "local" friend and I went and had a most wonderful time on the Fairy and great eats at the restaurant.
Second time a friend from out-of-state was visiting and we went up for Lunch and a ride and she was so entirely impressed she just couldn't say enough about the trip.
The remaining two days she spoke over and over about Canyon Lake and Dolly and wants to come back soon and do it again.
My husband is the next one wanting to go. He's heard from my friends and myself about the ride, seen all the pictures and is very interested in going so when we can work out our schedules, you will see me again, with another new face!!!
I love the tranquility and completely relaxing effect of the trip for me. And I love the fact that the people I take up there to Canyon Lake SO LOVE the trip as well. You and I make a good team and everyone is HAPPY!!!!

| We enjoyed a wonderful cruise on the Dolly on Mother's Day. The narration was fun and informative. The crew was very attentive. We saw Bighorn Sheep on the way back in. I would like to do the dinner cruise sometime. I recommend this cruise. It's a great getaway and would be great for visitors from out-of-town. |

| Canyon Lake is absolutely beautiful!! The scenery is breathtaking. The cruise on the lake was leisurely and relaxing for a total of 90 min. Dolly Steamboat is well maintained and very clean with seats for everyone. The "crew" was knowledgable and very entertaining and personable. We will be returning and taking the grandkids with us. |

| I had reservations for myself and my family on April 23rd for a 2pm cruise. I was staying at the JW Marriot in Phoenix and was told by the concierge that the drive to Canyon Lake would take 45 minutes which was very obviously wrong. When we were already on the Apache trail, and realized that we would be five minutes late, I called the Zerve phone number and told them that we would be five minutes late so that they could alert the boat and they told me that there was no way for them to reach the dock . I called the other number that they had given me at the time of my reservation and the woman who answered also told me that she had no way to reach the dock. It was very upsetting that they could not reach the boat in a circumstance such as this or even in an emergency. Sure enough, as we got to the dock, the boat was just pulling away and there was no reperesentative at the dock to help and the ticket booth was closed. I waved and waved at the boat , but no one saw me. Therefore, I am very upset with the Dolly Steamboat and in fact, think that my money should be refunded and certainly at this point would not recommend it to anyone.

| Tour started and ended on time. Very informational, peaceful and relaxing river boat ride. Accomdations are comfortable, crew willing to help at any time. Very pleasant trip/outing for people of all ages. |

| This is my forth time on this ride but I had clients in from the East Coast and they wanted to see a piece of Arizona in the tight time sturture they had while here. What better to do than Tortilla Flats and then the Dolly ride. They were so impressed and loved it. The Captain was very good and kept everyone informed.
