| to whom this may concern...the canyon lake boat trip my husband and i took on the 22 nd of august 2009 at 12 noon was very nice and picturesque...the weather was great and the sites were beautiful...but i do have one complaint as my husband and i were boarding the dolly boat...the boats driver was a little bit to forward with me as all we asked him was where was the nicest place to sit being it was our first ride...his answer?...was " well honey for you at my house with a margheretta sitting by my pool and dont bring him"...he was referring to my husband of course and we were both taken back by his rude and very forward comment...i felt embarrased for myself but truly more for my husband whom after we took a seat wanted to address the guy but i told him lets please enjoy the day...i too felt very uncomfortable as the boat took off for the ride...on any other day i may have told this guy off and on any other day my husband would have done the same or more!...im sure he thought he was being funny, but in no way was he funny or cute at all...it was more rude and ecotistical and disrespectful and although the afternoon boat ride was very nice the driver was a jerk and we would not take the cruise again unless someone else was driving...i hope this guy thinks before he throws those kind of sexist comments around because the next couple he does it to, he may not be as lucky not get into it with someone or possibly a good verbal lashing!...we were not there to hear that kind of thing...we were there to enjoy the day and the boat ride. i asked him a very simple question and that was his answer....hope someone can get this message across to him...thank you so very much for listening...gayle and john...mesa az . |

| My husband and I had a guest from out of state. My husband is disabled and it was quite convenient to get him and the wheelchair onto the boat. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and go again. |

| We had a great time! The crew is very friendly & the kids were allowed to wander around to see the different views. I would take this cruise again & again! In fact, I will! |

| We almost didn't book the cruise because it got so hot in late July, hitting 114-115 for several days, but when the temperatures fell in early August we thought we'd go ahead. Our granddaughter was turning 3 years old and she loves Enya's music and videos, especially her song, "Orinoco Flow" or as she calls it: Sail Away. That was one reason for the idea of a boat trip. We enjoyed the drive up to the lake, I hadn't been there since I was a teenager. We enjoyed the great breakfast at the cafe next to the marina and waited for the Dolly to load and depart. We enjoyed the captain's
narrative as we cruised around the lake. My daughter said to our granddaughter,
"wouldn't it be cool if they played "Sail Away." A few minutes later we heard just that
song being played. In fact the entire selection of music was terrific.
The narration was great, learned a lot about Arizona and it's wildlife, geology. The
breeze was welcome, I don't think we were over 100 degrees the entire trip and that ain't bad for August. Anyway, we're suggesting that anyone who has young kids take
them up for the cruise, it's something I know they'll remember. |

| For us it was a lovely way to enjoy each other's company with breath taking views surrounded by mountains. It feels so serial that it seams the mountain take you in.
Please take a good camera....Lucky for me we just bought a better one for our vacation.
In short, I recommend it highly.....We are going again next year......enjoy mother nature at it's best....... |

| We found the cruise a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon with friends from out of state. The scenic drive to the lake was enjoyable as was the canyon. |

| The noon cruise was great! I can't wait to take the dinner cruise. The narration was very informative and humorous. The weather was great, sunshine and a mild breeze. The sights were phenomenal and the Captain explained various formations and how they developed over the years. I would go again even if I go alone. And I will find time to go on the dinner cruise just to see everything in a different light. |
