I was disappointed because there was no signs indicting where this cruise was. It took 45 min to find the cruise and when we finally arrived at 12:00, the boat was just leaving the dock as anticipated. We were out the money we paid and very disappointed. I have since talked to many residence of the Phoenix area, none of which knew the exact location of the cruise. I think there should be better indicated signs down Apache Trail. I wish my experience would have been better.

I think the music should have had a more fun theme. It was boring and made the trip seem boring. The narator was good, but people also like music.

We enjoyed a wonderful day! The history and geographic info Captain Tom shared was very interesting & the music was a nice complement. The views in every direction were fantastic. I would recommend this cruise to anyone...whether resident Arizonan or out of state import or visitor. It makes for an outstanding day trip!

Very relaxing trip, fun for the kids. Saw lots of big horn sheep on the side of the cliffs. Scenery was beautiful. Very informative captain.

Boat trip was well worth the price. Seen the long horn sheep but no other wildlife. Enjoyed the tour and the tips from the captain. Only complaint was that it seems such a shame to allow speedboats and jet skis on such a historical site-kind of ruins the ambieance. Also, the water was really dirty from all the boats, oil and such debris. We are from Michigan and are used to seeing clear water here. Otherwise, was a very nice trip.

We went on a date and we really enjoyed it. The weather was great, and we saw about a dozen big horn sheep (including lambs). The scenery was gorgous and we are planning to come back after it rains to see the waterfalls. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband, mother, grandmother and I took this steamboat tour around Canyon Lake just last week (early April). The drive to the Canyon from Ft. Apache takes about a 1/2 hour and is just beautiful. The 90 minute steamboat ride was lovely. The captain was informative and told a few goofy jokes which we appreciated. They play Enya-type music in the background which is fitting as you admire the canyon. I swear we heard the Titanic theme at one point (?) I think most guests see a big horned sheep or two. We saw 4 - 6 in 2 separate groups, a few hawks, and herons, too. The cliffs, rock formations, caves, cacti and wildflowers were all a beautiful site. Being from Boston, we don't see that type of scenery. In all, if you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful afternoon, we recommend it!
