| The set up of the boat is very nice with tables both on the upper and lower decks. The price of $19 was a little pricey for the summer; however, it could have been offset with complimentary ice water and lemonaids. I would have liked more narration.
I took some b e a u t eeeee ful photos! Your out of town guests will be impressed. |

| We celebrated our mother's 82 birthday! She loved it and so did the other 9 of us! Captain Jeff was very informative and we had a lot of fun! We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends (and already have). |

| It is an extremely informative and breath taking ride through canyon lake. It would be nice if the ferry had the option of going a little further during the day times. |

| My husband and I treated six out-of-town family members to the Dolly Steamboat cruise. We were all very excited until we reached the ticket booth. We had pre-purchased our tickets using a coupon that discounted the price. We were made aware that we needed the coupon even though we had proof of our payment. I explained that I had not realized that and that it would take us at least an hour to return home to get them. The girl in the booth insisted that we provide the coupon or she would not allow us on the boat. We pleaded with her for a good 20 minutes and even pulled up the coupon on a laptop to show her what we had used. She would not budge and indicated that we would just have to lose the $137.20 that we had paid for the tickets. Finally, she called someone and said, "there are people here giving me a hard time..." Whoever was on the phone told her to go ahead and let us board the boat. The entire experience was ridiculous and very embarrassing as it was witnessed by all of the people waiting for the cruise. Being in the service business, I know that exceptions have to be made in order to please a customer. This girl has no idea what it takes to provide quality service and may have lost future business for Dolly Steamboat. I am not sure that I will subject myself or any future guests to such humiliation. With that said, I will say that the cruise, itself, was very enjoyable and the captain was charming! |

| The captain is very informed and not only tells you about the things to see but he tells you before you get to it so that you can get your camera and place yourself better for that kodak moment. Then when he approches the area he stops so that all have a chance to see, hear the explanation and take pictures. The rest of the crew on the Dollly are also informed and can answer questions. They are friendly and eager to assist you with whatever you may need.I highly recommend this event to all. |

| I thought that the crusie was very educational and quite interesting. There were lots of things that i learned that i would have never guessed about. I also am even more interested in taking another one. I think the only down side was the time of year it was kinda hot so not as much wild life. |

| The ride was slow and hot. The narrative was more about faces in the rocks and only some about the types of rocks, cactus, etc. I would have liked more about the nature and less about the make believe.
The boat could have gone faster and further.
My husband said he would have liked to jump in the water, but that would seem out of the equation.
Some well placed fans would have made the ride less hot. |

| I loved the boat ride and all the gorgeous scenes. It was the most peaceful adventure I've been on in a long time and very romantic for couples. Just being on the water and seeing all the other boaters, jet skiers, and tubers made it all worthwhile.. I can't wait to return in the fall. The music was very relaxing too..I will tell everyone to go on the Dolly Steamboat. |

| Enjoyed the boat ride ,saw many animals& birds. Narration was terrific. At the waiting area there were signs"No food or beverages allowed aboard." The cruise was 12Noon-1:30PM. My husband & myself are both Diabetics and usually have lunch about this time. I told the Captain this & that we had 2 peanut butter sandwiches in my bag & a water. He had no problem with this. Before the boat took off from the pier I went down to see what was for sale-a sandwich, or a hot dog and was going to purchase from them. The woman said they had Popcorn, water. I asked if there was any lunch food. She said "No." I said"But we are not allowed to bring food?"
I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint. It was 115 degrees that day and many people would maybe have even purchase ice cream or popsicles if available.
Sitting beside us was 2 toddlers who were required to wear their floatation devices which made them so hot they cried the entire 1&1/2 hrs. (I know its a regulation).
Thank-you,this was my second trip on this boat & I will go again next year when I return there again.
